Bwahahahahahahahaha! The air pressure at the surface of the ocean is 14.7 psi (1 atmosphere}. The water pressure at 33 feet below the surface is 29.4 psi (2 atmospheres, the air plus 14.7 psi of water pressure}. The water pressure at 66 feet below the surface is 43.94 psi (3 atmospheres, the air plus 29.4 psi of water pressure}. All of those pressures are directly related to gravity. The balloon in the vacuum chamber has 1 inch of water above it. That is going to zero effect on the air inside the balloon. If you repeated the experiment with 33 feet of water above it the result would be that the balloon wouldn't grow at all.

If gravity is constant everywhere on the ball, wouldn't you weigh less at the equator where the Earth is trying to throw you off@ 1029mph, than in Alaska @ only 300mph?

If the earth is a sphere, and gravity acts towards the centre of the earth - which in everyday practical situations it does - then, yes, everyone can be considered to be at the "top" of the world, nothing wrong with that!

At about 1:15: OMG! If your math is right the globe model claims the Sun will move from 2 degrees (3.2 million miles above your head) to 0 degrees above your head (0 miles) in 8 minutes. That's 24 million miles per hour!! How can the globies defend that???
