Ma'am why are you just yapping. Why you didn't sew something. I don't like when people get on TH-cam and just talk.
I'm so sorry you didn't like it. Maybe try another video? But you should know that I yap more than I sew 😜
I like the bag organizer the best. I look forward to downloading the free PDFs. I think your title should’ve read 5 free patterns and easy to make because the way the title was worded it makes it seem like it’s free to make these gifts which it is not because we still have to have the materials or buy the materials.
Hi! Thanks for watching. You're absolutely right. The patterns are free, the gifts are easily made 😘
I think you look lovely and it’s such a great project. Thank you for sharing x
Thank you so much!
The Minerva fabric is a beautiful colour on you xxxx
Oh thank you! Can you believe I still haven't decided on a project for that fabric? I just hope by next year's challenge I would have done something great out of it 😄
Very nice! The tray would be nice in a Christmasy fabric and used to hold Christmas cards you receive. Thank you for the gift ideas!
Thanks for watching! I really like your idea with the Christmas cards 😘
Thank you for you easy to sew ideas, I watch you from Mexico, prefer the English version, thank you.
Thank you for watching and taking the time for commenting. I'm glad you enjoyed my gift ideas 😘
This is a lovely selection! That bag organiser is brilliant.
Thanks for watching! I really like the organizer too 😍
Thank you Eliza for such great ideas and how to download the patterns!
You are so welcome! Glad you enjoyed my suggestions 😊
Beautiful choices - and very practical too! I can’t say that I will complete them by Christmas, but I will be making four of your five suggestions. Thanks for the inspiration!😊
Oh, it makes me so happy that you found my suggestions useful. Thanks! 😘
New subscriber. Thanks for this video.
Welcome! Glad to have you here 😘
It took nearly five minutes to get to the first idea. I enjoyed your ideas, and you are lovely, but maybe think about doing all the "business" after the main point of the video.
Thanks for watching! As my video is part of a vlogger tour promoting a sewing challenge, I thought it was relevant to share details about this.
Some great ideas here Eliza, thank you 😊
Thanks for watching and commenting. I'm glad you liked my suggestions 😊
Those are some great ideas❤ great video😊
Thank you!
Such great ideas! Thank you from a new subscriber.
Thank you so much! Great to have you here 🤗
Thanks for finding such great free patterns. I really like the planters. I'm hoping to get a couple of bags made and some tiny soft toy cats.
So glad you enjoyed what I shared 😊 I'll probably sew the apron first, but the planter is next on my list.
Nice, thoughtful gift ideas. I appreciate the emphasis on gifts for anytime of year 😊
Thanks! I appreciate that you took the time to watch my video and comment 😘
Great ideas Elisa. I think I want an apron for myself 🤣🤣
Thanks Julie. Me too 😁
Thank you for sharing your wonderful ideas with us!! I love how this challenge not only shares great gift ideas but it introduces me to new bloggers!!!❤
Thank you so much 😘 I'm so glad you enjoyed it 😊
Dear Elisa thank you for your ideas. You certainly came up with some fresh ideas - love this xxxx
Thanks! I really appreciate that you took the time to watch and comment 🤗
I need that felt organizer for myself!! Thanks for this!
Thank you 😊
Lovely ideas. Thank you :-)
Thanks for watching and commenting. I really appreciate it 😘
Lovely ideas. I particularly like the plant pot covers. I think I will make some in spring for my house 😊
Thanks. I think that is my favorite too.
Thank you for the ideas Eliza. ❤
You're welcome 😊
Fabulous ideas! As a quilter, most of my sewing n projects come from my extensive quilting cotton stash. I so appreciate seeing ideas using something totally different: faux leather, felt, vinyl, canvas, and so on. I never think of those and they really can elevate the project. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you 😊 I tend to stick to the same type of fabric too but now I'm really inspired to try the leather planter.
Thank you! I definitely need to make an apron for myself and I love the felt organizer too.
Thanks for watching and commenting! I'm going to make myself a new apron soon. I like this one better than mine 😁
Hi Elisa, Great that you are participating in this wonderful vlogging tour! I am participating as well in my day is the 13th. I very rarely give gifts that look very christmasy because I want people to enjoy whatever I make more than at Christmas. Great ideas my friend! Happy Thanksgiving
Hi Zelda! I'll make sure to check out your ideas. Yes, if you're going to take the time to create something for someone special, it would be a shame if they could only enjoy it for a very limited time. 😘 Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family. We don't celebrate here in Germany, but thanks for the reminder to be grateful 🤗
Thank you so much for taking part in the challenge. I absolutely loved your ideas Eliza thank you. 🎄
My pleasure! I love this challenge 😀
Some lovely, useful ideas Eliza, thanks for showing us how to download the patterns too 🤗
Thanks Sam. Glad you liked them 😘
Some great ideas, thank you for sharing. ❤️
Thanks. Glad you liked them 😁
They came out very nice!
Thanks. I've been wearing them non stop 😊
Great job
Thanks you
You have a wonderful presentation manner Elisa, so concise and easy to listen to. I love your culottes. They look very warm and comfortable. You have done a great job, as always. ☺️👏
That's very nice of you, Ruth. Thank you. I really like how these turned out 😊
Looks great.
Thank you 😊
The top you are wearing looks great. I love the flounce sleeves and I love the curved hem.❤
Thanks Zelda. The sleeves are my favorite thing about this top 😀
Danke für die Anleitung!❤️❤️❤️
Gerne! Cool, dass sie jemand auf deutsch guckt 😁
It's so rewarding to find a pattern that suits us. Blessings and Thankyou ❤
You're absolutely right. I'm glad I tried this pattern, now I have a new resource to build up my (work) wardrobe
I like the length on you. It looks like you lined the sleeves. It has quiet elegance ❤
The sleeves are actually not lined. It's the fabric that makes all the difference 😊
Oh Wow! So sew Beautiful 😂 I just turned on and before you spoke I saw your gorgeous top!🎉
Lovely top 😊
Thank you 😊
I like your top, and I like the idea of two - different length - layers and to have that echoed in the sleaves. I hope to see the new version, whenever you find time for it.
Thanks. Some people suggested that I try color blocking to save some fabric, but I couldn't see it with this top. I think it was because I was thinking of my office environment. I wish I had more time on my hands right now to try the two-layered look, but it will have to wait.
Very pretty dresses!
Thank you. It's wonderful to sew for a good cause.
I love that you are nursing your baby while filming. Go mama!
Thanks. I tried to ask him to just give me a little break to film, but he wasn't having it 😄
I think the color blocking is a good idea for the first fabric. I think the second would be a good jacket. Like a moto jacket or a hip length trench. I agree with your choice for the last piece. Don't wait for an event to enjoy what you love!
Thanks for your suggestions. I still haven't decided what to do, can you believe it? I'm not sure how to go about the color blocking. Too many plans, too little sewing time and now a cold on top of it 🤧
And yes, great suggestion for the second fabric, but unfortunately I don't have enough for a jacket. I have to remember to account for the sleeves when buying fabric 😊
@@mysewperpower feel better soon!
I love the minerva fabric and definitely would vote for it. I made a dress using that same fabric design though I think my substrate was linen viscose or something like so.
Hi Kris! Thanks for stopping by. I'm down with a cold now, so fingers crossed that I get it done (in time) 🤧
@@mysewperpower oh no! I don’t feel so great this morning either. Seems like the flu is trying to get me. I hope you feel better soon! Sending healing your way
Lovely fabrics. Baby steeled the show :D ❤
Thanks Agata. He kept pulling at the fabrics too 😂 It took me forever to shoot this video 😄
I have the same problem.. I have nowhere to wear the fancy fabrics so they just sit in my stash. Those are all gorgeous fabrics!
Thanks for stopping by, Keira. I'm much better now, but at the beginning I was always buying pretty fabric for a possible gala, wedding, film premiere... 😂 Delusional!
Beautiful fabrics❤ I love hearing the baby, precious. A cowl neck top doesn't take a lot of fabric and you could use a jersey for the back. Look forward to seeing what you come up with.😊
Thanks Shari. What a great idea to use jersey for the back. I think I might give it a try. And I do love a cowl neck 😊
Oh Wow! The rayon challis
I'm afraid of cutting into it 😬
Love the green blue aqua paisley brocade ❤❤❤
Me too! Thank you, paisley was the word I was looking for 😊
Vest? From the brocade, dress up or down with jeans. For first fabric, cream back, pattern in front.
Love your channel name!!!! <3 Just finished the Sonata - Love Love Notions!!! <3
Thanks! I love Love Notions too. They have such a great pattern collection. I've mada a few and this dress is still my favorite 😍
