SplashDrone Auto Flight#2 and the Last One??

Here is my second SplashDrone AUTO Flight attemp after done all firmware upgrade, calibration and gimbal calibration. i put the truttle up to Take off and the SplashDrone goes up and up alone... i try to put on the Return To Home position and the drone crash in a trees far from the return to home position...

Le 13 Août 2015 au Lac Champlain à Burton Island, Burton island n'a pas d'électricité au moins jusqu'à la fin de la saison 2015.

How was it traveling at night? Did you depend on your chart plotter or were you using auto pilot?
At the 6:62 mark my tug and Barge can be seen moored to the Apex Dock in Rensselaer. I was the Captain of the Vessel Brooklyn and fuel Barge A/87. This is in Albany, NY on the upper Hudson River. The Brooklyn is out of Service now, being replaced by a newer and more powerful Tug. At 7:22 and 9:18 marks , those two tugs are tugs of company I work for as well.
ccol it would be good to put the camera on top of a giant compass so that it always stays the same way and then use a motor to slowly turn it towards the cap.
Yes they are lemons. Mine did the same after several successful flights, yes a class action would be an idea.

My first flight was more of a tip over as it did not completely leave the ground. The dealer "The Drone Shop" agreed to let me return it. After he received it he is refusing to return my money claiming it is "used". Story to continue. Maybe the term class action should be discussed. Ed Potter
