Jesse's opinions throughout the show were not derived through logic. His statements were more outlandishly ridiculously than the defense attorney's talking points. Jesse's asserts that Michelle was probably lying about telling Conrad to get back in the truck is bologna. Anyone with half a brain cell can see that if she was just lying about telling Conrad to get back in the truck, then she would have said so in court. She would have talked about it in court, about how she was just looking for attention when she told Conrad to get back in the truck and how it wasn't true, but she didn't. She didn't refute the statement, because she SAID IT. Jesse parroted the defense, in saying that she didn't commit murder. Um, duh, she committed MANSLAUGHTER. Manslaughter is NOT murder. Manslaughter is either when you kill someone accidentally and didn't mean to, nor had any intentions of taking a life but you did, OR when you could have intervened but chose not to. Michelle is absolutely guilty of the latter. And one else who cannot see this, is clearly letting one organ or another interfere with their brain function & cognitive abilities. She is guilty. IMHO, the initial 12yr sentence was perhaps a bit long & the 11 months that she served seems a bit too short but she will have to live with it. Live with the constant anxiety & fear that she will get recognized and publicly scolded or worse. This anxiety & fear will stay far longer with her, than our memories of her & her atrocious deeds will stay with us. For that self-created anxiety, fear and pain shall weigh on her existence until the day she expires. at all for that matter In the end she got and is getting what she deserves.

Any chance these guys could do a follow up interview...one year later...?

Mr. Hall failed to mention the most important One conduct an ICO..Ripple didn't conduct an ICO ETH did.. also Ripple doesn't have teams trying to launch XRP 2.0 ETH is tyring to launch 2.0...where do you find these so called experts who don't even know the facts..ETH also still hiding the whales that invested..Ripple does have a quarterly report ETH doesn't show anything about there company

TA is all well and good but I find it truly baffling that all major crypto youtubers just look at pure TA and completely ignore the bigger narrative of why BTC is pumping and why the future outlook might not be as rosy as It seems. It's kinda irresponsible to Ignore the fact that each ETF launch so far has caused a major dump at the peaks of BTC.. We were already on shaky footing with historically low volume and almost pure whale pumps, narrowly avoiding a long-term bear market.This Is the worst possible time In history to invest as so many don't back up their crypto assets...more emphasis should be put into day tradiing as it is less affected by the unpredictable nature of the Market..I have made over 8btc from day tradng with Ryan Nead , insights and signals In less than 3 weeks, this is one of the Best medium to backup your assets incase it goes bearish..

Ever hear of the company ConsenSys? Do you think ETH 2.0 is not an investment in a common enterprise? Why does ETH get the free pass on earlier offerings where XRP doesn't? ETH held and ICO but XRP didn't. Are Vitalik and ConsenSys not running the show for ETH? ConsenSys LOBBIED for that free pass from Hinman. Taking a step back, is this what the securities laws were set up for? To go after a legitimate company developing cutting edge innovative technology? They never used sales of XRP to fundraise for the building out of XRP, or the XRP ledger. They were steered away from that by lawyers and instead did a VC fundraising. There are a large % of XRP holders that didn't even know who Ripple was when they bought XRP. How can there be an investment contract in a common enterprise? The case is absurd on its face. Not to mention the conflicts of interest of Hinman and Clayton.
