have you noticed why there's alot of ro games ? Simply because they knew that people will play it no matter what only for nostalgia. Imagine if they decided to make it free to play just like albion for example im sure it will never be a dead game. But since it's gravity ofc there's a lot of greed

@@Ryuugetzu Yeah ROM EL classic still it's (slightly) p2w since there's a cash shop for zeny. What I am referring to is truly non P2W, no cash shop/gacha/micro transactions. And it will be hard to abuse playing multiple accounts since it will be the account/creating one will be paid. The game can be free to download

Yes. The team behind ROO will develop the RO3. I just hoped RO3 doesnt meet the same fate as ROO. Im fine with P2W features as long as the game is balance. I remember leaving ROO because they made some class so useless, especially the monks during my time. They also said it in the interview that they will minimize the effect of power system p2w aspect on PVP. Lets all hope for the best XD.

@InThisVideo123 Because overly power inflation, strategic roles become useless when everything 1 hit ko. Any kraken can 1 hit ko without cd, any kraken can tank like paladin, any kraken immune to all controls, as a result the default designed role or gameplay expectations of every class are destroyed completely. Developer must make sure every player are able to immerse the class role they chose, even f2p they can at least feel useful.

@@LazypunK07 I played every ROM, ROX, ROO, ROV, TRO, even RO Rebirth at tw server. To be specific, ROO 1.0 is best from kr/jp, the global ROO 2.0 with added overwhelmed paywall systems become sux. I don't like ROM, too disneyland for me

I dont see anything wrong on ppl spending on games. If there are no spenders, the game wont maintain itself. Games are also a business. would you rather make all games as a "pay-to-play" game? Free players but want almost same privilages as the spenders is the worst idiocy ever.

we are currently playing in China Server, and advocating for the old players to return to ROM:EL since we got scattered in ROX and ROO, TRO as of the moment.. this server is very F2P friendly since they removed the other non-sense special classes and just sticked to the classes that are found in iRO (ragnarok PC) the gameplay is still the same, and best part is everything runs on Zeny - buying costumes, buying cards, buying everything as in.

I am also spending cash in Tree of savior neverland, because I know that the management does well in balancing the game. But with the case of ROM, it is a dying game, and the announcement of a Zeny-only server is an invitation, especially to players who want to experience ROM on a level playing field, meaning all are equal, no use of real cash, just wits and experience on how to farm efficiently. If the game itself will sell zeny to players, then whats the difference of this game compared to other P2W servers. I hope you see my point. Yes, we want the game to also benefit but selling zeny to players will defeat the idea of zeny only server. This is not a real zeny only server because players can use real cash to get an advantage. When it comes to making a game balance, this is where ragnarok team always fails, and I saw it countless times. it is always leaning to milking players. Nevertheless we will still try this.

Are you asking for Knight class? You should focus on HP since you are going to be the tank in the party. For main stat focus on Stamina.. Secondary stats can be Block and Damage reduction. Btw this stat is more focus on tanking. For cards you can try HP Drain for sustainability in pvp and you can also get Return Damage.

Yeah, plus the afk farm feature of Ragnarok M is another feature that will surely attract players. Its CBT is on December 2, I will also play it
