Thanks for your work. I've got a question: for years, i've worked on myself....and after some time it worked, i began to feel lighter like if weights were taken off of my shoulders and as i fell lighter, i felt more and more complete, started to have access to common mental abilities that i didn't have access to like, thinking by myself, having creativity, having access to my desires, wanting to do things for me....all was going good and i felt like i was finally totally présent inside lf me, of course there was still some fear and else but i had gotten to the point where i was myself and understood that for all my life, before that work on myself i was just oppressed and crushed by something inside of me these weight that were preventin me from having access to the real me and then boom, things started to go backward...i gradually lost access to my emotions, my memories and experiences, my mental abilities that i had discovered, creativity gone, ability to think by myself gone, good emotions gone all the other mental abilities like the ability to visualize, meditate, no desires anymore only the surviving ones (eat, drink) like if my identity was wiped out without me being able to do anything...and as i speak, the weights are back, don't really feel them anymore because the brain has taken back the old mental weights(limiting belief maybe, trauma... Idk) and i feel like before i started to Work on myself....to put this simply (and humbly even though i'm gonna use this image) it's like i discovered that i was superman, began to master my powers and abilities and then badaboom something stole my powers, memories, abilities and made sure that the vilains would keep coming...please help!!! I want my identity back, my love for two kids back....i want to feel myself again, not this useless unconscious shell
