Lightridge Theatre

Official channel for the theatre department for Lightridge High School in Aldie, Virginia. We are part of the Loudoun County Public School System. You will find trailers for live shows, class projects, original short plays and highlights from past productions. We also partner with the Washington West Film Festival, and you can see some of the submission for student films. We usually perform 4 shows a year: a fall, winter, and spring production plus a competition show. In the fall we do a play, for the winter we perform some student directed / written productions, and in the spring we will do a musical. Also, our chapter of the International Thespian Society (ITS) is growing each year!

A Monster's Guide to Love is a short play written in the beginner theatre class by Addison Lim, Izzy Rivera and Gigi Nelson. It was collaboratively directed by the theatre 4 students and appeared during Bolt Fest in 2024.
