where you able to find where to get the sprocket??, i have the same bike n im having a trouble finding the sprocket haha

I had one of these pepboys use to sell them every body use to call em mini harley Davidson 😂 seen someone selling one in good condition for 300 im abt to get it and swap i miss thst joint i liked how it got the lil double wheels in the back but they was i think 4 hundred and something dollars when they first came out

Only video I have seen with a 212cc APC chopper waiting on my mounting plate to come in and already got my sprocket welded on the old sprocket to make it #35 chain. Hopefully I'll shoot some videos up of the build. I'm putting a 5hp go kart Tecumseh on mines with a 80cc motorbike aftermarket. carburetor

I see your OBD2 connector light is on but it doesn't look like you're Test light ever lit up. Are you sure you have power to it?

Torque lug nuts 60 ft lbs …. C- clamp helps with mounting plate …. You should have showed installation of rear track as they install differently then the front . Thanks for wasting my time .

1992 f350 has clutch slave cyclinder between engine/ transmission, whereupon trans. has be removed to replace the cyclinder! one of fords better ideas! not all models have this! some are mounted on the side.

dont forget the swingarm bushings the clutch/brake petals are hung on, also plastic bushings! FORD-fix or repair daily!

the plastic bushing on the swingarm also wears out and drops, i miked the bushing and ordered a copper bushing amazon, tightened bushing inside hanger behind splines. easier than removing entire swingarm, but brake bushing/pedal is on other end. best might be to pull entire swingarm and weld/bushing/ rebuild entirely after taking out the seat. ha-ha-ha- FORD fix-or-repair-daily!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Ford truck clutch pedal to master cylinder linkage was designed by Satan himself. That cheezy little plastic bushing/clip pops out almost immediately every time I have installed a new master/slave system, which has been a lot of times. I have found that Harbor Freight wire-tie pliers and 0.041 wire can make for a wire loop around the plastic clip that keeps it from popping off. It appears to be the only way to fix this issue without having to resort to the heim joint, which I'm sure is a better solution.

Take your trailer ball out and use the hitch for a anvil.

Use what you got. I've had to fix a lot of things "the wrong way" due to not having all the tools needed.

I see this over and over again miss diagnosis and Miss fix this is not the correct way to repair this you don't start by taking apart a linkage on one side drilling a hole through it putting a pin in it not fixing the Bind that's on that ran by the way cuz it's going to be at an angle if it's needing an extension obviously it's at an angle so how is the seal on a hydraulic clutch getting a proper straight back and forward push when you're doing that to it. Proper fix is where the problem is coming from if you look to the left side of your clutch you're going to see it on the pedal assembly that the white bushings have gone out on that truck it's pushing your pedal in causing the entire assembly to turn to the right popping off your linkage if you fix that you will not have to do this it only cost two bucks

1987-1991 ( brick nose) use the same clutch rod and clutch brake pedal assembly. i have a 1988 f250 custom extended cab long bed with the big zf-s5 trans, this fix works great for me, i also did the firewall clutch repair bracket as well. my clutch is now solid, works better than new. p.s. do the clutch safety switch delete. its just one more thing to to break down on you, (just my opinion)

Caused me pain to see you banging on your truck bed to try to knock that pin out. Nice fix though! Looks like this is what I need to do.
