HONEST REVIEW 303 In the Cut Has been on our list for quite awhile. We actually tried to go a few months ago but the line was SO long and we were too hungry to wait 😆 Their hours are a little funky, so it can be hard to work into your schedule. They are open 7pm-1am. On Friday & Saturday, the line can be over an hour long, even if you arrive early. Lucky for us, we were finally here on a Sunday night and the line wasn’t too bad at all. We waited about 15 minutes. I got the Crackin’ Fried Chicken Fries. The chicken was SO crispy and high quality. The fries are thick and seasoned. They put a queso sauce all over, then top it with half garlic aioli and half 303 sauce and a few pickles. The garlic aioli side was delicious. The 303 sauce side was a too spicy for me. I couldn’t finish it because I was sweating 🥵 I don’t know if they have ranch, but if you have some ranch available, that would have been perfect. I’ll probably get it again, but I will get 303 sauce on the side or aioli on the whole thing. Hampton got the Philly with a side of fries. He loved it. The meat was quality, the sauce was great. He dipped the fries and also preferred the garlic aioli sauce over the 303. The rest of the night he kept saying “that place was bussin’” so I guess it was a winner.
