Cool boss idea, until you realize how would we have looted it since in game we tear any insect we find to pieces, I don't think people would be down for ripping a lizard's head off. Probably would've worked if say the lizard and the crow took up the same role as the koi fish, just giant roaming creatures that you literally cannot fight, they're invincible and can instakill.

They never ended up, adding the ant queen boss,attack but they did end up, adding ant queen as a thing you feed

Why can’t you guys just use these animations add an AI to it and make it a mod

I definitely understand why they didn't add this boss. It's charming, but it just doesn't feel right.

It could have been cool to add it as an unkillable boss that you would have to survive for an amount of time against or scare away, or even just a chase sequence of sorts

These shed dwellers are basically very strong aphids

They added this but you just give it bait/food and it will 3 baits or foods if you chose juicy mushroom sandwich it will give you an ant buddy there is one bait that is special if you use it if you use it will kill the ant queen but since you can get new game if you get new game 1 it will respawn as an infected ant queen and the last one kills it and that’s it and you can get armour

A red-gauge jackhammer hit on a mindflayer, plus a 4x alt-piercer ultraricoshot, is enough to kill. That might seem difficult to set up, but if you angle your jackhammer to launch you directly upwards, you can easily launch four coins directly above yourself, and freely hit them with the piercer beam. The mindflayer will follow you into the sky, essentially guaranteeing that it will be targeted by the coins. It's a very quick, safe, and efficient kill. One of my favorite techs.

Yeah or you Slide Jump against a wall then fling yourself upwards. Edit: Found out this is called Slam Storage.

U can whip cancel with the knuckle blaster to cause even more damage with the shockwave, and even the initial punch will land if u time it right

Nice tech. I should get the jackhammer sometime. Anyway, I saw you build up a lot of hard damage in the clip. You had me on edge, being at 1 HP while kicking some virtue ass. That's the only knack I have with this way of killing Virtues or sentries, but I guess it's a byproduct of the whiplash. Worth a try.

a disadvantage this video unintentionally highlights about this gun is the fact that the recoil means you don't actually heal off the riskier close-range kills you get. shotguns are comparatively not just good for damage but are also by far your best option for quick healing too. it's probably not wise to switch fully unless you know what you're doing and know what to expect

I feel this would be impossible to attack with melee, as to me it looks like it would just constantly dodge your attacks, making range necessary to kill it

An overcharged pump jackhammer on its red part on speedometer will one shot mind flayer on standard, idk about other difficulties.
