Do you have a list of some of the items that went into this home, such as Lighting, bath vanities etc.,
That particular home is a custom build. The owners did all the specifying themselves. Cabinetry is from a local source as is the tile work.

Yes, some of the current residents have installed fences in Park Place. You are correct, they have to be approved by Design Board. Take care.

It’s a lovely home. What’s the current approximate build time for new construction from the purchase of a lot to home completion?
Actual build time would be 6-9 months. Prior to build starting you would have to get surveys and permits as well as have review of your build. The Semi-Custom homes in Park Place are move in ready in 6 months. Take care.
