On the show, Brian Wolfe, DPT and Owen Campbell, DPT give strategies for success and advice on how to grow your practice whether you are starting out, or looking to scale and grow a multi-location practice. Brian owns and leads a 5-clinic practice in the Tri-State area which does $2 million in revenue annually. Owen ran a 6-clinic region with 40 employees before starting his own mobile practice in 2023. Together they put 30+ years of experience together to produce a tool any healthcare entrepreneur can use. He has managed to scale a cash practice into a hybrid practice where 50% of revenue is cash. @@DaveBjornRapp yeah the short was cut a little short. Context was he was recounting the transition from sole proprietor to employer. It’s a big mindset shift in the early days of business. He ended that line of thought stating how you obviously should build time off into an employees total compensation. Sarcasm works in the full episode, not in the short

@@fisherman123-k9k oh he definitely does. Unfortunately this was sarcasm about the mindset shift from sole proprietor to employer, and I cut the short too early to show that. He ended that line of thought clarifying how obviously employees do and should earn time off.

How do you over use healthcare? And as for big pharma the price isn't the price.. the price here could be 1k... same shit different country $10. It's because America has been trained to support their capitalism masters and deal with it.
@@swtgrl2no overuse is a thing unfortunately. It’s overblown in a lot of ways, but look at the amount of lumbar MRIs ordered when the research shows they won’t change the course of care for most. Now not giving a PT an extra 1-2 visits ($70/visit) to make sure nana is comfortable with fall prevention strategies, that’s a BS “overuse” claim
