Hi. That long rectangular button underneath the two rear (backseat) window switches, what does it do? Is it a window locking switch to prevent the two back windows from opening? If so, mine doesn’t work, it does nothing. How can I repair that? Would I have to change out the complete switch unit like you did in this video? Thank you very much. (2012 Jeep)

Yup, i watched it a few more times pausing it at the start where you show the assembled three point hitch and got mine together today. I realized after mine was together i had a couple pieces backwards but a few zoom ins and rewinds and i finally got it together correctly lol. I suspect my wife was surprised i didn't use any colorful words, but your video again made assembly so much easier. Thanks once again. Your video saved the day. I greatly appreciate your time and effort in making this video especially. It is a huge help to me.

I will watch your video a dozen more times tomorrow lol. I still have my kit in the IKEA set-up. I need to assemble the whole thing. Thank goodness you showed the assembled hitch i hope that will make my job easier lol. I’ve had a JD400 previously and this orange unit doesn’t compare in regard to design features of JD. I have had issues with hood latch since new. So many other “cheesy” features on this Kubota. I really wish I’d upgraded to the JD instead of a BX2680.

After pinching my fingers a few times watching other videos, I tried this one, perfection and not one pinching incident.great material

Try driving into the blackberries and then raise your bucket to the max. You can pull them out by their roots. I have a L2501 and I do this with my forks on acres of blackberries. It works!

If that does not work, a more radical approach is to remove the grey cover to the battery, right under the steering wheel. This allows access from below to the rod that connects the lever and the latch. Then I used long pliers to move the rod and this unlatched the hood. A little WD40 application restored the latch functionality. Convoluted, but worked.

My latch is on the front and we couldn't open it.

I've been looking at the parts catalog on messicks. I want to buy to extra pins and carter keys. But I can't seem to find any part numbers in the catalog. My local hardware store has some that are close in size but they are all either slightly larger or smaller

My first thought was to just start the engine and bring it up to speed. Without touching any of the levers, see if you can move the bucket by hand...

Let your bucket and back hoe rest on the ground also curl your bucket so that the bottom sits flat on ground this will make it so that the ram is retracted into the cylinder and protect it. Also rest your back hoe fully extended this will retract the ram and protect it inside the cylinder. But always rest implements on the ground

are those the standard blades or the available mulching blades?

I’d go look at another one to see if it does that. Then tell them to make it right
