I had a very minor upset stomach for a couple of days when I started it but feel good now. I was taking antibiotics at the time and didn't have any negative side effects from them - so overall I think it helped! On a day-to-day basis, however, it's so hard to pinpoint what changes I'm seeing.

Yes but it's a long story, With a ton of details, Magnesium Relaxes me, I have citrate, magntein and Glycinate by nature made 100 percent chelated. I use magntein in the morning citrate mid day and Glycinate at night. ... I must also add that I do use l,theonine and 5htp ... But even before that I was getting good sleep with magnesium and this air filter thing, but whether it's placebo or not I still use it to this day... When I used them in combination is when I saw my sleep go from 4-5 hours to 7-10 hours ....and modifications to pre sleep food, no stimulants, I use white noise and black screen

@@luisjimenez-if9tb Magtein during the day works for me, too. Why take the citrate mid-day as well?

@@KristinesLife-po3fc because I still need about 400mg of mag and I don't want to overuse my Glycinate or magntein....I only take 100 magtein and 200 Glycinate...plus I had citrate before I bought the other types.

@@KristinesLife-po3fc because I had a big supply of it before I found out about the other two and simply don't want to waste it.

I think I put too much on. It's a struggle getting enough product on if you don't factor in the time to layer it.

It's very strange because some swear by taking it for better sleep - but this happened to both me and my fiance.

@@SunscreenQueen-zy6fq I think it feeds the brain so the neurons are firing better thereby making you more alert. I just started taking it this week again after a long time.I find my clarity of thought is much better.

Yeah you're right. But it's a pain to take the o-ring off and it works just fine without it.

Nope - it's a super lightweight moisturizer - no weird flaking or peeling around hairline like you may get with mineral sunscreens.

This is for normal to dry skin - i'd opt for their Dermacontrol Oil Removing Foam Wash for oily and greasy skin. I'd use this as part of a double cleansing routine - so first remove makeup with a makeup removing balm or oil, then followed by this face wash. I have not tried using this as my only makeup removing tool. It's good for morning or evening use.

​@@KristinesLife-po3fcdoes it clean the pores or only top layer skin as Cetaphil gentle skin cleanser does ?

@@splendid9170 The foam texture definitely cleans the pores better - it can penetrate deeper to remove dirt and oil.

Definitely not bitter - it's very sweet.
