@KristinesLife-po3fc yeah! Sure thing! You can also take it once a month and deep clean it with A vinegar and shampoo soak to get all the debris and bacteria off of it. Again, that wil help tremendously with scalp health and extending your hair washes ☺️🫶🏻

This specifically is cetaphil I'm reviewing. It's good - I like using it in the morning. But at night, I'm preferring the cerave cream to foam. it feels better at removing makeup and making my skin feel soft.

Yes - the coverage lasts all day and melts into the skin nicely! It also still looks good if you reapply it during the day. I usually apply setting powder and makeup on top - but if I am going to be outside all day or traveling - then I will just put this on top of the makeup and it still looks surprisingly good.

We've never tried to recalibrate the starting point nor have I ever found any information how to do it. Instead, I just keep in mind where my starting point is and adjust accordingly. For example, my starting point is -4, so if someone tells me a recipe the grind size of 30, I know to make mine at 26.

Kingrinder says that past 0 point there’s no burrs movement so you don’t need to count the negative clicks. Try open the grinder and see for yourself.

​@@KristinesLife-po3fcdue to the variability in their own grinders zero offset, bean freshness, humidity, grind speed, and etc, you'll still need to dial in a coffee yourself and won't be able to reproduce their recipe from the same grind size number. Although it might help in giving you a closer starting point to dial in from. Unless you're using a grinder that's/can be calibrated to a zero point and built with precision tolerances, grind size numbers won't be interchangeable between grinders. High end flat burr grinders typically have this capability and build but not all do. Like the df54 and 64 aren't calibrated from factory to zero but can be with shims or foil and rotating the measurement sticker. But even then, with the grinders having exactly the same grind size particles, it may still require adjustment from the other variables at play. I wouldn't really worry about it too much with conical burrs anyway. Just go about dialing in with what tastes best for you and gets you the extraction you're looking for.

It has been for me - I take their glucosamine and melatonin as well and have been happy with it.

I use it to remove my eye makeup - I haven't noticed any burning.

@@Ally-p5b9u In our experience, 50 is too fine for a french press. I'm closer to 100 click mark or more if you're using a dark roast. For espresso, between 30-35 clicks.

The product details say it helps with dark under eye circles - but I use it for hydration - so I am not really sure.

Yep - I usually take this with my breakfast or lunch -so falling asleep at night isn't an issue.

@@hmr8783 it definitely adds a ton of moisture to my under eye area! This area is sensitive for me, so i don’t seek out any retinol or anti-aging creams for my under eye area. I had used Versed for years but they stopped making their moisturizing eye cream so I switched to elf and I’m happy with it.

I put this on around my eyes after cleansing in the morning and after cleansing in the evening! It has never irritated my eyes or surrounding area, but I try to avoid getting it in my eyes.

I'd say around 6 hours for me. I wear A LOT of sunscreen and tinted moisturizers so I tend to get shiny faster. The good news is that the container is very small - can fit in a tiny purse, and doesn't get messy. You could probably fit a small powder puff in there, too.

I've never heard of this - do you have any links to studies regarding calcium deficiency and magtein sleep disturbance?

@@KristinesLife-po3fc like sodium and potassium, calcium and magnesium are balancing electrolytes. If one overwhelms the other you will experience disturbances. Deficiency is one possibility. Receptor responsiveness is another. Try having your magnesium with a glass of milk 3-4 hours before sleep time and then pls revert with your experience.

Yes it is! It makes my skin glow and is moderate coverage. If you have a blemish, it is blurred for sure - but it is not 100% full coverage.

I had a very minor upset stomach for a couple of days when I started it but feel good now. I was taking antibiotics at the time and didn't have any negative side effects from them - so overall I think it helped! On a day-to-day basis, however, it's so hard to pinpoint what changes I'm seeing.

Yes but it's a long story, With a ton of details, Magnesium Relaxes me, I have citrate, magntein and Glycinate by nature made 100 percent chelated. I use magntein in the morning citrate mid day and Glycinate at night. ... I must also add that I do use l,theonine and 5htp ... But even before that I was getting good sleep with magnesium and this air filter thing, but whether it's placebo or not I still use it to this day... When I used them in combination is when I saw my sleep go from 4-5 hours to 7-10 hours ....and modifications to pre sleep food, no stimulants, I use white noise and black screen

@@KristinesLife-po3fc because I still need about 400mg of mag and I don't want to overuse my Glycinate or magntein....I only take 100 magtein and 200 Glycinate...plus I had citrate before I bought the other types.
