Never been a Gardner. But like watching this 👍👍
Just starting out so following intently 😊
All the best with you journey we hope the videos help 👍🏻👍🏻
good work
p.s., you didn't get this video out before Christmas or the New Year. 2- stroke penalty! :)
Who needs GOLF when you have a GARDEN!
Exactly my thinking 😂
Need to ask, now big are the plots, my area in a New Zealand farm garden is big enough to have 10 beds 1.2 metres by up to 6 metres long. Paths are not that wide, but the centre one is wide enough for a ride on to access a orchard where there is 4 rows of trees, 5 trees per row, but the ground slopes away very quickly.
Happy New Year Chris, Emilee and family 🎉 here’s to an amazing 2025, Ali ☔️🥶🇨🇦
Chris, be careful. You might end up liking this life so much, you will decide to become a farmer! 😂
Great video Chris & Emilee, A serious amount of work has went in to these Plots, Great job, Now to reep the rewards 😋👌
Oh, I'm here for the veggies....and a little bit of golf on other channels! ;)
I am the ONE in the 741! :)
If still thinking what to do with plot 3, grow fruit, look at growing a food forest type thing.
Your door on the tunnelhouse has shown me what I could make for my large bird proof area.
Merry HoHo and have a wonderful New Year Mr and Mrs Denis
Hope you all had a Merry Christmas and here’s to an amazing 2025 season, Ali 🥶🇨🇦
By using old metal bunk beds, and two 2x2 inch (50mm x50mm), my bean frame has never fallen down, due to our wind zone, everything has to be put away, at the end of the day, or even during the day!!!
Hi, am binge watching after a busy month, Christmas over, gardening in New Zealand, enjoy how different people tackle the abandoned gardens, love your short videos.
I come here for the sanity. The only sane place in the world! Serenity NOW!
Good luck with your plans going forward, lots of hard work so hopefully you'll reap the rewards.
you have done well already on plot 3
Merry Christmas Chris!
Chris, you GO!
Great stuff chris looking great guna be a very sorted array of ingredients for my curries 😂😂😂😂👍
Hope you both have a wonderful day and just wanted to wish you both and family a very Merry Christmas 🎄 and Happy New Year, Ali 🧑🎄🎄🇨🇦
Be nice as a community garden plot members only tfs sylvi
You will soon by classified as a farmer😁 Try and keep a low profile so Starmer doesn't come after you as he has a thing about farmers all being loaded😂
👍👍👍
How can council justify giving u 3rd plot whilst others are on long waiting list !!
My Dad has been on the list for a long time and has waited for one to come up next to my full plot
😊
New subscriber block watching, my new/old dog took a year or so to learn to not to sit on my beds and not to disappear when my back is turned. Being put away when the other dog is allowed to wander around the garden.
I think you need a putting green and a bunker!
I think committees should have to get them in order before having the nerve to rent out, or at least give you a free year. Hopefully it isn’t too much trouble. Sun looks lovely 👍 if it not a full nick perhaps pumpkins 🎃 as they won’t need a load of attention right away. Have a great weekend stay safe, Ali 🥶🇨🇦
Always seams a shame that the Allotment committee doesn’t find new people for abandoned plots.
I think you need to get Robinson involved with some heavy lifting on plot 3 😂
Any chance Honeycrisp apples will grow there? those are my favorite
Wow tomatoes 🍅 in Nov/Dec 😮. Yes there are always places to use if we think about it a bit more. My lettuce froze 😂 I know how it feels. But the blue sky looks lovely we are grey. Some good produce 👍 coming along. Have an awesome weekend Chris and Emilee, Ali 🥶🥶🇨🇦
Get them brussels boxed for chrimbo dinner cheers😂👍
Also, if you're not familiar with Charles Dowding, you should check out his "no-dig" method of growing. He's quite the inspiration!
I would suggest salad greens in the tunnel and winter items such as broccoli, cabbage, etc...
It all looks good Chris. You have enough peppers to blow a few heads off! Look forward to your veg plans for next season. Just watched you and James at Sandiway in the rain! -8 was up there!
Love the allotment well done on tidying it up
Hello Christopher!" I've finally found your other channel! 🐊⛳️🏌️♂️🦅🇺🇲💯❤️
Welcome over to the world of Veg 😂👍🏻
You ought to get mid handicap Dave down there to help you now that he’s retired! Looks like you’ve got an abundance of produce! Well done.
I’m just doing his rota for next year as we speak!
Surely a little putting green needs to go in somewhere?
Im probably one of many people interested in golf who had no idea growing stuff could be so rewarding 😂 Looks like you're making fantastic progress.
Congratulations 🥳 on 500 subs keep up the great work. I’m sowing very little as I’m making a few changes to the garden and our winter last year got as low as minus 14c so I don’t bother. Last year I tried fleecing things in the poly and I attracted a rat who thought he was in heaven with food and blankies 🤦♀️. Looking amazing Chris hope it all goes well, Ali 🥶🌞🇨🇦
Wow! Those strawberries look really good.
What have you done to eliminate insects? Everything looks perfect!
Decent start, looking good. Will you make room for a practice net though?
