Mental Elf Run 2024
On Sunday 1st December 2024, over 270 participants gathered at Cannon Hill Park for the much-anticipated return of the Mental Elf Fun Run, raising over £19,000, to support the services provided for Birmingham Mind.

    I would like to think that money is allotted based on accurate assessments of risk and need, surely the government wouldn't shoot itself in the foot by cutting support now for people that will go on to need a lot more support in the future? Maybe I am naive or just not informed well enough. I have heard it is cheaper to keep someonein prison than it is to offer psychiatric care.
