Idk all i know is for me at least: Smoke tf how much i want. The more i smoke, the heavier the "hangover". Hate the hangover, so i automatically smoke less if it gets too wild. If i would smoke 50 bucks in a week i will have like 2 days of some side effects. 2 days gone, im 95% as sober. IDK man, its like booze. stop being high 24/7.
