mage Pro 2.0 is a disaster. The details have all disappeared and the image has massive noise. My Hikmicro FQ35, which cost €2,200, is no longer usable. Any news on how to fix this issue?

I currently have 2 alpex lrf’s which I like for the money. I also have a pulsar xg50 which I’m changing to the 60mm hik, fingers crossed it’s worth it from the xg

The problem are the zoom modes with the new Image Pro 2.0. Since the background noise was increased at the lowest zoom level (e.g. on the FQ35, 1.8x), the zoom levels are extremely noisy and lack detail. Could this please be programmed so that the pixelation decreases at the zoom levels.

Salut, eu am falcon fq35 si am facut update, sunt multumit pana acum, se vede mai clar si nu ma deranjeaza ca nu mai are image pro, oricum nu-l foloseam, am setat claritatea la 1 si se vede foarte bine.

I've the Fq50 and a friend has the Fq35 both of us have said the great tech we have is now like a really expensive toy, the image quality has gone the distance the units could focus has gone all because of an update that we seemed to need to do to be able to connect the scopes to our phones. Up close the image is clear with detail but at a distance you now just get nothing, we both purchased to watch wildlife, looks like we can only see people close up now.

Elite, i have asked this many of times to your guys at shows and some events, but no one seems to give me an clear answer, so hopefully your able to... The NETD on the 1280 sensor your quoting sub 15, I am unaware of any sensor manufactor getting anywhere close to this lower NETD yet, Iray, Pulsar, Conotech, Guide, So is this what the actually what the sensor is producing because it doesn't seem possible, or is this after all the software tweeks your doing to the unit to then get this reading? so the sensor is producing a Sub 30 NETD, but with your software your getting it down to 15? Hopefully you can clear things up for me. Thanks Keith

Great. I’m a real fan of Hik stuff but is it really 5 hrs with all functions working or more exaggerated claim as with previous thermal spotters. I returned my condor as battery life was a complete exaggeration. Guarantee 5 hrs and I’m sold on one.

Is there a hotkey shortcut for ir on/off yet or is it still thru the menu?

Great scope I love it I have Alpex s and 2 Alpex 4k would be a great addition to my shooting. But at £5000 it's way way out off my price range. And yes you do cheaper version but why would I want them if I'm gunna drop the hammer on one I want the best at the time off purchase.

Upgraded my1 year old FH35 today from hik app and image pro can be switched on and off, image quality is a lot better and menus totally different layout 5.5.85 no issues

Apparently, Ben from Hunt the Night down under, has mentioned in his earlier review, that a ballistic function will be introduced as an upgrade further down the tracks, making it comparable to the Infiray MAH50R which works perfectly

It supposed to be dual use device, with possibility to switch between clip on and observation mode. What I am wondering is, if I need additional eyepiece attachment when using observation mode? Or is it actually possible to just look on to the screen? Thank you.

Unfortunately, it is not true that a downgrade is possible. I have written to the customer service several times and they refer me to the dealer. The dealer says he has never done anything like this before. The service telephone number in Germany is never reachable!! There is no service available. Absolutely bad service.

Does it have wifi data transfer as the 4g signal where i live is non existent.

I am surprised to see this. The last comment you made was Hikmicro pulled the update because of the problems people where having. You can not turn Image Pro 2 off it is on all the time there is nothing in the menu to turn it off. I just went to Hikmicro's main cite and the update they have for the Falcon FQ50 is for April 2024. Still waiting for Hikmicro to fix the problem and look forward to the new update.

Every one needs to go too the Hikmicro web cite and file a complaint like I did. That's the only way they mite do something about it.

The update took a great product and turned it to junk. Wish I had not done it now it is like looking threw a salt and pepper storm. I updated my FQ50 biggest mistake. Now you don't have image pro in the menu and can not turn it off. What was Hikmicro thinking? Tried all the adjustments and you have to set sharpen image to 1 any thing higher and the salt and pepper gets worse. I will never do any firmware update on any Hikmicro product again and I own a Aplex 4k, it will never see a update. I am in touch with Hikmicro to see what they are going to do for me since they have wrecked a very expensive spotter.
