Great animation! Though I do actually like the new stormtrooper helmets I must say they’re harder to animate with, but you did a great job with subtle movements! Did you remove the head underneath?
Thanks! I also prefer the newer style of stormtroopers but I do usually stick a bit of Blu/sticky tac under their helmets to give that range of motion :)

Hey, i don't know if you will even see this and it is a kind of random question but I am doing Duke of Edinburgh, you might be familiar with it but you need to do a skill for 3 months and have an assessor to report and confirm it at the end. I have chosen stop motion animation as my skill. They recommend you have an 'expert' in that sector so I was wondering if you would be willing to assess me via an online report. (If you were to do this I would have to email you the proper details or something). I know this is a stretch so it makes sense if you can't do it cos I don't know how busy you are or anything and I could always just ask a teacher or something in my school but thought I'd first try ask one of my favourite stop motion creators who inspired me in the first place. Thanks!

I made a part two to this video not too long ago if that interests you :) As for the shot you’re referring to, that’s just a green baseplate up against a grey one to simulate grass to concrete. The items in the scene are walls I just made up to look destroyed. Hope that answers your question:)
