    This video is very misleading. There is no mention that green bananas cannot be eaten raw. They have to be fully ripened. They can also be cooked while green, fried, or roasted; and various savoury dishes can be made from the inside flesh. The video showed people eating ONLY “ripe” bananas. As a banana grower from the Caribbean, I would advise that the video makers get their facts accurate concerning this fruit, in order to properly educate and encourage the viewers. There is a lot more to learn about green banana cultivation, and their culinary uses.

    Thats not Green banana you showing that is ripe banana. Potassium is from ripe banana you get iron from green banana your information is all mixed up
