When you set the upper posteriors do you set both buccal and lingual cusps touching the plate or on buccal making contact on the plate ? Thanks !

anatomicamente non è così... artificialmente può essere sì, pulibile sì, funzionale sì... ricordatelo.. noi tecnici cerchiamo di rendere la gomma il più possibile funzionale ed esteticamente gradevole per il paziente... grazie per il tuo commento
