Think of all the great music that are offshoots of original Genesis... Genesis with PG, Genesis with Phil, Phil solo, PG solo, Mike and the Mechanics... amazing. Great song from a very under rated band/album, I recall listening to this in 1996 when I first moved to San Diego. Weird how music inspires such specific memories of time, place, and images.
Paul Carrick, the golden voice. He is one of the best vocalists in Britain ever. I would say he's been the best since 1985.
