Booked a few weeks ago for June 2025 with good fiends. We usually stay next door in the Cleopatra Palace. This looks stunning and we cannot wait to come over.

Cloud 22 isnt really part of The Royal Hotel, Atlantis. You room will cost your £600 a night but you wont have any access to Cloud 22 unless you pay to get in. WTF.

Lovely hotel and location

We had our third month long stay at this hotel in March. It was the fairmont last time we were there . The fabric of the hotel is extremely run down . We had water leaks in our room when it rained The floors were damaged and uneven in the rooms . We changed rooms 3 times due to damp and other issues. Only one lift served the entire complex the others were out of order the whole time . Such a shame not a 5 star hotel . Much work needs doing to recover it.

To me, Grand Hyatt doesn't worth the price now. It just doesn't offer the same value for money. Everything so dated now. From lobby till room, especially the room feel so old. Hilton, Sofitel, Westin with recent room refresh, feel much better

A great experience at the Hotel, we endured one issue and it was corrected immediately with no fuss. Clean, efficient and welcoming. Would definitely recommend, and planning on visiting next visit can’t wait. 😊👍🏿
