This is the Downfall Mod for Slay the Spire (1). I am playing the "to-be-released" beta update of the Snecko character, which has classically been known as a difficult character. You can hop on Steam and search for DOWNFALL for access.
In this run, we have all sorts of weird occurrences. For example, I get the warped tongs (and Pain) right off the bat and then remove the curse. This means I have a random card upgraded in my hand every turn. I also manage to build up enough offense to kill the Transient. If you play Slay the Spire, you'll know that is usually a good sign that you are doing well. I also wind up taking Runic Dome based on my Act 1 boss rewards, and then Act 2 gives me philo stone. I'm happy for the energy and I slowly build up to a decently powered clean victory over Neow at the end.
The hardest part of this run wound up being the 3 elite mobs before Neow, because I could not see what they were doing I just had to block for as much as possible, which apparently was not enough. However, my high HP total going into the fight let me face tank it and then recover from there.
