Life Over 64
เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 2 ต.ค. 2021
Hello! I am a 65 year old (in 2024) Chinese man and I am starting life again. My third life over 60 years old.
I still have dreams, and goals to meet. I want to be healthy, fit, full of energy, a better singer, songwriter, composer, guitarist, photographer, and living life to the fullest with this third lifetime over 64.
Join me on my journey where I share my daily life, experiences and tips as I negotiate this new normal with an ever changing mindset. Cheers!

What does Indian Buffalo Meat taste like? Life over 60, Life in Malaysia
มุมมอง 26หลายเดือนก่อน
I cook Indian buffalo mince meat to see what it tastes like. I'm a carnivore so need a supply of meat, preferably beef, but I'm trying to find cheaper alternatives to Australian beef (that's the most common variety sold in Malaysia). The local beef is alright but hard to find. So I'm always on the lookout for quality alternatives.

Hey @khakihk, thank you very much! Will keep em' coming :)
Do you drink coffee everyday? What kind?
Hey there...
Yeah why so many crows in Malaysia? I wonder...That what captured my attention when visiting Malaysia for the first time.. At least that's what i saw in Penang and Melaka.. I don't know if many crows in KL too
Yes, there seem to be a lot more crows in Penang! Guess because it's not so spread out like PJ or KL....

May I have With Fatt contact no please. ..????
They use to chase us out of the store for trying and not buying. We were broke students back 40 yrs ago, holding a les paul was such a treat. Sad to see they have not changed and their business have not kept up with the times.
Wow! That's certainly a treat. Were you in school uniform when you tried the Les Paul? If you were, you did well!!!
Banyak kenangan kedai ni waktu di jalan silang, dulu selalu beli pick kalau tiap kali lalu ketika balik sekolah sebelum menuju ke pudu raya

good vlog
Hi @tansiong2504, thank you very much!
kecek kelate ko
I've had kerbau rendang that was pretty good. But yeah, non-traditional meats can be... a little much.
I am guessing that I've eaten buffalo meat too without realising it as they have been seasoned/marinaded thoroughly. I hear they sometimes use it for satay too. I didn't really taste it so much then. But as I now fry meat with only butter or ghee(until I get some tallow) and salt, I can smell and taste the meat itself...
What are your tricks to get over not creating content?
Where's your favourite Satay stall?
Where is the best char-siu you've tasted?
Anybody else get cramps?
Have you tried Indian buffalo meat? Did you like it? What was your experience like? :)
hi sir what age do you think is good to retire at?
Hi @lilsaint91, I would say anytime one is financially independent is a good time to retire to do what one wants... so could be any age... All the best!
"promo sm" 😌
Good luck with your continuing health improvement. We’re about the same age. I’ve always been skinny & probably underweight. I made a rather wimpy effort to go carnivore 6 months ago and ended up with severe constipation and “by-pass” diarrhoea because of it. Ended up in casualty in great discomfort one winter’s night. They laughed & sent me waddling off to a pharmacy to get some suppositories! It took me 5 days to painfully un-bung myself (manually!) Never had to do that before and it was pretty awful. I have had 2 Inguinal Hernia repairs in the past, so whether that had anything to do with it…who knows. I love my meat and fish, but I was glad to give up my failed attempt after that experience! I do hear some remarkable stories from TH-camrs and their followers / interviewees. But of course the same goes for “the other side”, doesn’t it?!
Hi Steve, so sorry to hear about your severe constipation. Sounds painful. It took me this long to start feeling good on the carnivore diet. Wish you all the best. Cheers
Take care brother. Get well soon. Rest more
