Time to messer round for once! It's great to see more varied interests in the gym to show that we aren't a longsword-only club.

Today was a small but sweet practice. Addison decided to do some judged sparring, with the added bonus that whoever did the coolest-looking move got the point.

Warm welcome to our guests from Nashville today! Christmas break has made most of us too soft and lazy, so we gotta get back into shape and un-rust our skills. It's been a great honor to fight with you guys, and thanks so much for driving all the way to us!

Couples therapy time! Congrats to both of you for being the first HEMA couple in our club as of last month. Sometimes you just gotta bond over common interests, even if it means whacking each other with swords 😉

Asthma is no joke, my friends. It's always good to know your limits but also find ways to push your limits in controlled & safe ways. And nice work to both of you, keep up the good fights!
