Will you make a version of this video for Android?
Wounderful video! Very well explained and straight to the point. Subscribed to your channel.
How do I do this with an IOS native app?
If you are using an iOS native app that involves a JSContext or Webview, and developing with XCode, you can open up safari and go to settings -> advanced -> "show features for developers." If your app is running in debug mode off Xcode (e.g. simulator or nearby phone) you will be able to get the devtools for that javascript/browser context. It's a couple more steps to get there, but pretty slick!
Magnifications are so annoying! :(
Yeah I agree. More recent videos I went to a simpler tool that doesn't fly around like this.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Wouldn't this be considered upselling?
It's more identifying the size of hole the product needs to fill to be successful in the first place. The upsell is land then expand. The premise here is that for an innovative/transformative product, expansion is a _precondition_ to landing. That has implications for segmentation (who you can sell to) and positioning (the pitch they need to agree with for the sale to be successful)
Such an insightful video! I love how you’ve shown how easy it can be to turn Xano documentation into something actionable, especially with AI integration. The State Change extension looks like a game-changer for understanding and improving workflows. Thanks for sharing this tip - definitely going to give it a try
Thank you for the kind words!
💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Dude i work at 5.30. Get up before 4.30. Great advice. Will do that after my morning 5k run
💪
This is awesome ray. Thank you
4:29 I was running into this problem just an hour ago wondering why my input variable could not be updated and decided to just set it to a new variable and update that variable. Interesting coincidence.
Glad it could help!
Couldn't agree more
FliutterFlow now supports local run, which is way more convenient to run the app on any device.
Yes, I'm using that right now!
This is amazing, makes me think of what we've been discussing lately regarding local integration!
Amazing - exactly what I was looking for
Wonderful!
The Swiss Army Knife for Xano. Brilliant features Ray 🎉
Thank you for the kind words, Glenn!
This looks sweet. Thanks for sharing Ray 🎉
Really cool, would be even cooler if there was a similar way to document the business logic of Xano endpoints, even if its as simple as - public endpoint, inputs: (X, Y, Z), function 1.0 get record from 'x' table using the value of input A to search column z of table 'x' etc.
Yes - stay tuned!
This is amazing, thanks for this update Ray!
Right in time! 💯💯 This is nuts!
Awesome video! Thanks for sharing.
🔥🔥🔥
Amazing Ray!
This is fantastic Ray!!!
Or, heart me out, stop MacMillan people into God little consumers and improve the product to their benefit instead.
I think we're on the same page!
Hi there, great video! You mention another video about managing unreliable API connections and that's exactly what I need. The Woocommerce API allows 100 products per page, so I need the while loop to go through multiple pages. But I can't find the video anywhere? What's it called?
Here you go: th-cam.com/video/3JJ-fDD7gPA/w-d-xo.htmlsi=TqHSbnfbCQjUy-JE
have you listened to your own clip. something funky with your sound going on, it sounds like, uhm, you are possessed or something.
Thankfully only possessed by the audio processor fighting with the mechanical noise of the lift - working thru those kinks in the pipeline!
this is the best help ive found so far, but have you tried this lately? nothing i do seems to work to get me around outdated dependencies. Thank you
Awesome work, Ray. Thanks for creating this tool.
this is incredible 🎉
Wow ! great !!!
This is very nice. Thanks Ray
Amazing 🎉
great, thank you ! How would you generate, then download the svg file ?
You can pull the SVG text from the innards of the createSVGTag call, and then push that to a blob for download. (There are multiple stack overflows with javascript snippets for that job). Getting deeper into weweb means bringing some code to the party! If chatGPT doesn't get you where you need to go, consider checking out State Change - we work on this kind of problem every day in our office hours!
Hey, hope you’re having a great day!
Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge, friend. God blesses
Do you have a manual for Windows?
Bro do you live at a ski resort? I’m incredibly jealous.
I do! I can see that chairlift out the window of my office. And you bet that I will be riding it when it starts up later this year, and we can go back to videos with goggles.
@@statechange well I’m incredibly jealous and I love that for you!! Looking forward to seeing the snow again. Thanks for being here and posting your content. Not sure how I found you but I’m glad I did.
Toddle > Wized.
Bro, I’m my contractor. C8. If I charged $50 an hour, I literally be getting my throat cut. I typically make $1000 a day per job. And that’s because I estimate the job I bid the job I get the job then it’s all up to you to bust ass and get it done and instead of milk the clock. Get it get out get paid.
I'm glad you're getting an effective rate of $125 per hour ( a day of work at $1000) by using per-job pricing. The 1-day scale shows the profit in getting smaller jobs that build trust fast. What will let you double that rate again?
@@statechange That seems to be the exact opposite . when I used to give people time and material estimates, they used to think that $75 an hour was outrageous. Then I switched to estimate and bids. They don’t even question what the hourly rate is. And I don’t break anything down for them either. I give a full decently detailed description of the job. What it covers concrete materials form poor strip cleanup and labor. Pump tractor work, gravel etc. And then a price. Sometimes I make 1000 bucks a day. Sometimes I make 2000 a day. Just depends on the size of the job. we can do a $50,000 shop slab in a week and I can typically bring home 15,000 in my pocket. I’m 50% owner of the company.
@@statechange and the answer the question. If I need to double triple quadruple the rate. The formulize already in place. It’s just a matter of luck. Getting a set of track homes. Getting linked up with the right company that builds steel structures and needs a concrete estimator. Getting linked up with a high end contractor in Tahoe Truckee certain parts of the valley. Word-of-mouth goes along way.
🔥🔥🔥
He is the best!
That's what Your wife and/or husband is for!
When are you taking me skiing? Sick goggles as always 🔥
You have to be careful with this mindset for a couple reasons. New technology might get cheaper and easier in the long run, but old technology will also get more expensive and more complicated after a certain point, as the materials and knowledge of how to work with it become less commonly available. You also have to ask yourself how much it will cost to maintain your old system while building the new one. Depending on the level of complexity in your old system, your costs could skyrocket. To be fair, I'm not really sure what kind of business or technology you're talking about. I'm speaking from the perspective of a software engineer who has been working at a company that cut corners and built lean as a startup, and has now had enormous difficulty maintaining and updating the product that was built.
Thank you for the comment! A worthwhile perspective
Ray is worth every penny!
love it!
What an absolute pile of senseless buzzwordy corpospeak 😂 The magical no-code will only take you so far, until you end up stuck with a half done solution full of workarounds and no way to implement the full set of requirements because your no-code platform hit its limits.
Nothing magical about any of it. And yes easy to build yourself into a corner. Creation takes work discipline and awareness. Thank you for your comment!
Great advice. Thanks for sharing. My first startup was focused on equity and after 2.5 years it died. We had cash flow problems the whole time. But the focus was on equity and future planning. We never talked to our actual customers. We had big dreams but they were rarely grounded in the market. We were so focused on the future. We went 2.5 years without paying ourselves and when our runway ran out and cashflow was necessary we were in trouble. It was a great learning experience.
Such a good insight Ray.👌🏻
