Hello! I've seen in them in all your videos and even in another youtuber's ones but what are the cards you have before every expension? I use the packs usually to show what set I'm collecting but the cards like that is also a pretty good idea especially for game promos and so on, can they be bought somewhere or are they just something you created yourself? I love those... The fact that the artworks are so big makes them more detailed when it comes to scans for making sleeves or playmats. Also the old drawing style of the bandai cards is a +10

I always loved the old layout from series 1 and 2... I didn't like that they changed the old cards to de "newer" layout in the show. Although I also like it, i prefer the older retro ones

3:52 OOOOOOOO so nostalgic!!! I remember getting one like that from a bootleg starter deck. It was a bunch of mish-mash from the main E-Heroes, the Ojamas, armoured dragons and Judai cards. It came with a VHS tape with the first 3 chapters of GX in my language. The quality of the tape was official level, but the cards were poorly made. Still I loved them as a kid

I don't like that the ultimate Rare cards have gold lettering in the name. I've always thought that the normal colour for common cards suits better the ultimate rare that the Gold

Fushioh richie is so badass looking but hard to summon. That card needs a retrain with a much better effect and less troublesome summoning condition. Also, that rarity is sick. The TCG needs it.

I'd love that Konami makes a re-release of the starter box... I've always wanted to acquire it but it's unbuyable for me. I also love that in the Black Magician card from 2024 they added the updated foil patern unlike the 1999 version which has the bizzare "SDY" foil patern.

I love Bandai cards. In 2003 we had fake bandai cards in my country and you could notice those were "old vintage" cards, even for the time. We also got the konami layout with the Bandai arts, those were extremely rare to find. I love that black skull dragon ❤

I find the score sheet / life point tracker to be very interesting. As it wants you to update life points on every turn for 18 turns max. It feels like such an inefficient way to handle life points even within early OCG meta. There are so many things about early yugioh that are so weird from a game design perspective. I wonder what the intention was with this sheet. Do players adjust the new score at the end of each turn? So all attacks are calculated in a bulk instead of individually. That would be such an inefficient and needlessly confusing way to calculate a turn where multiple damage sources happened, and maybe even mooyan curry was played. Calculating each turn in your head, forcing an awkward convoluted spreadsheet of max 18 turns is just hilarious to me. When just writing down two numbers on a sheet of paper for each players life points, crossing them out and writing new total every time they change is 10x simpler, does not have a turn limit, and only requires any sheet of paper and a pen.
