@@ScratchingTheSurface. it’s real hard to say what project is my favorite, might be recency bias but Santiago might be it! Santiago just feels like the real russ finally opening up and finding himself, it feels like a turning point for him. This is the album he and many fans will look back on as his first true fleshed out, meaningful album. A turning point.

It def is a turning point you can hear and see so much growth not only in artistry and rap ability but who he views himself as. Really excited for future releases. Thanks for the feedback and tuning in to part 3!

Russ- Just in case ep. Highly recommend a listen! In a dark room! lol. I agree I think oasis is within the timeframe of him rising to new heights of fame in 2017. I think the chorus represents him thinking that he made it so everything would be so ‘SMOOTH’(!!), and in the verses he’s mentioning all the cases in which his life was NOT going smoothly. He hadn’t realized beforehand that fame and ‘making it’ wouldn’t fix the issues and traumas within himself and amongst his family/friends.

That’s very true! on his track “enough” he really dives into the state of men in the current culture we live in I think he shines light on a ton of taboo topics

@@ScratchingTheSurface. Man, Fraud to Oasis is very strong run of tracks both concept wise and songwriting/production.. I actually thought “Adventure” was really well done. Felt like a theme song in a Pixar movie.

Fraud really hit us hard, one of my favorite tracks on there. Adventure is probably my favorite song after bumping it back a few times haha, but that's good analysis, we agree fraud to Oasis was a consistent ride of great song creation, writing, and placement. Fatimas hook is so catchy too lmao@@KingYanoFPS

This is part 1 part 2 drops tomorrow and three on Saturday. Our breakdowns are pretty lengthy and figure it’s easier for everyone to watch in 20-25 minute segments vs over an hour every time
