To me it seems it was to through the altezza off balance, hence why takumi only rev to 9k rpm. Its a common technique where the lead car would lead the follower and then at some point in time, go full out where they will through their opponent off balance, this is just from my understanding.

Still working on that.

Even csp traffic settings? Also delete traffic mod and install it again. The map itself is a issue

Delete and install it again as I mentioned before this map itself is a problem. I also get no spawns sometimes then after reinstall fpr the most part then it works.

Yes this method i use on all my traffic maps dude, so u shouldnt have a issue when applying these settings to other maps. Also its the way the spline is made, if the cars can only go 15km it means its a slow traffic spline. But if u want there is a faster ai_hints file in highforce/traffic/data, u will see a zip file for fast ai hints for faster traffic. So u can backup default one and use that one instead, totally forgot about that part. It comes with omce u install the traffic file incase u wondering. Do try that.
