@@jackson711247 thank you so much! Yeah it'd be even cooler even the pipelines in CFB25 worked like in the NCAA games, but sadly pipelines in CFB25 are kinda fixed :/ still a lot of fun to put recruiting restrictions on yourself tho! 👌🏽

I think it might still be a 7-9 or 8-8 season, we still have two giant weaknesses, that's the o-line (and the Giants don't have the players to exploit that weakness) and run defense (which the AI is to stupid to exploit, Barkley could've had a 200yd day), it might still be a season of development for all these young players before we're really ready to go on a playoff run, and of course I had to make a necessary change of difficulty for me (of course the Giants are a weak team, but I only had to punt once, that is too easy), I also needed to change the playbook a lil bit, but I think now we're set for this season :)

exactly, it's madden, I just picked the preseason week 1 roster and yeah I agree, the oline looked improved irl this season, but the ratings are just not reflecting that (thx EA), and anything that happens one snap into the season is fiction, I'm NOT tryna hate on the Lions or their players, but if the ratings and the play aren't there I'm moving on, this (even though I try to make it a realistic rebuild) is still a video game :) I'm a Panthers fan, I picked the Lions bc they are a challenge at that stage in the game, O-line looks well below average, QB who could retire any season, overaged and overpaid defense, cap situation looking terrible, but also some exciting young players in Swift, Okudah and Hockenson etc, so just what I looked for... hope that answers some of your concerns :)
