It is time for the buildings to have lights. I install LEDs from LED light strips into various buildings but have to prepare them and make sure there isn't any light bleed on the roofs.

Finish gluing down Trailer Town, then put in the road leading up to the bridge and work on main street.

We put in a "wet wall" on the mountain, then figure out where buildings will likely go followed by gluing down the Trailers and Buildings in "Trailer Town" (and putting in the gravel in that area as well).

I recently purchased the Micro-Trains Halloween Train. The final part covers the remaining DCC install and final tuning. Stay tuned at the very end for a bit of a Surprise.

Trailers get finished. But, where do we put them? How are they arranged? What else do we need to do to complete the Trailer Park - all covered in this video.

You've heard me talk about the Trailer Park for sometime. But, we need Trailers to populate the Trailer Park, at least a few. And, I'd like to have inexpensive ones. See how I do that.

I recently purchased the Micro-Trains Halloween Train. Part 1 of the video starts with the unboxing and a look at what you get. Then the train is run on DC to test it out. Various things are done to the train to prepare it and we start the conversion to DCC.

Now that we have tunnels, we need a way of being able to get into them to clean track and get any derailed vehicles. We also take an initial look at the Trailers I'll be building for the Trailer Park.

This is the last video in this short series on how to convert the Micro-Trains Christmas Train to DCC. This video focuses on programming the DCC decoder along with more "tuning" changes to create a really great running train.

Continuing with the mountains, this video switches to some dry brushing, some more washes and we get started with flocking the more horizontal mountain tops and other areas.

In Video 1 I showed you the 2022 Micro-Trains Christmas Train as I did an unboxing and went through the train in a bit of detail. I then ran that train on DC on my test layout and begin the conversion to DCC. This Video continues the DCC conversion including adjusting the wheel gauge and cleaning the wheels. The train is running better now.

Continue with the Mountain work. This time, time to change them from white Plaster to something that looks more like actual mountains. I use the Woodland Scenics "Leopard Spotting" technique.

Video #44 - More Mountain work. Finish (I hope) covering the mountains in Plaster Cloth and then add some rocks and then re-add them as the first attempt wasn't fully succesfull.
