How Our Core Cooling Technology Works
The CoolMitt device chills water to the ideal cool-but-not-too-cold temperature and circulates it to a cooling pad where you have placed your hand.
This process quickly cools your blood, sending it directly to your heart and from there out to your muscles.
Dramatically, your performance will improve.

Dr Craig Heller: Palmar Cooling Lessons Learned -- Feeling Cooler vs Getting Cooler
มุมมอง 16หลายเดือนก่อน
Dr Craig Heller of Stanford University shares some of the lessons learned of what does and what does not effectively work with palmar cooling technology. In this video, Dr Heller discusses the difference between interventions that make people feel better, how the body and brain register that, and how feeling cooler doesn't address the problem of an elevated core temperature.

Dr Craig Heller of Stanford University shares some of the lessons learned of what does and what does not effectively work with palmar cooling technology. In this video, he explains what happens when the hand is in contact with a highly conductive surface like metal, and how mechanical vasoconstriction can restrict blood flow, limiting heat transfer from the glabrous palms.

How much ice?
Those are half reps and also chin ups because of the way your hands are facing
Aren’t you supposed to fully extend your arms? Those look like half reps to me
I'd like to find out what the trade off is, there must be one especially if it works
I do this all the time - take a small cooler - like the ones you use at the beach, I place 2-3 frozen ice packs in the cooler - you can get small rectangular packs that you can fit in your hands. Between sets (or rounds if you do HIIT like I do), chill your hands for about 30 seconds. Repeat throughout the exercise session - placing the ice packs in the cooler between rounds or sets. It works very well. If you want to see the science on this, watch the video by Andrew Huberman available on his channel on YT.
Terrible demo. It’s $1000 tell your users ‘exactly how much water is needed in the top/bottom for optimal performance’ insane you would allow guess work for volume of ice and water…pathetic
Bro… get a brain It's literally not that hard. Mine arrived last week and It's really not that hard.

Amazing science insights! Hope for the whole interview to be released
Will the whole interview be released?
That's awesome! I'd love to hear results in between rounds of Jiu-Jitsu.
Approximately how long did this take pre editing?
Is this the newest version of the Avacore?
*Promo SM* ⭐
But too damn expensive!
What temperature?
~50f/12c
Hi there. So just curious how this technology relates to hypertrophy training? If that is my main goal atm, and let's say I'm willing to give up on direct strength gains, will the device help, or will somehow the cooling blunt hypertrophy adapations? As you know training for strength or hypertrophy adaptions are two different things, although they do overlap. It seems you covered strength and endurance, although you may refer to strength as both strength and hypertrophy?
