I don't think they will be releasing the console version anytime soon as the game is still in early access and there are a ton of features that have not been implemented yet according to the official roadmap.

10 years passed, and no doubt OMSI 2 still have the most accurate physics among all bus simulators. The Bus has an okay physical system but still needs to work hard to meet OMSI 2 standards. However, with a modern game engine, better graphics, easier mods installation process and good mods error handling, I think The Bus still have the potential to become a good bus simulator. I don't think the developers gave up on the game, but the development process is way too slow. With this development speed, Thb Bus will never become "OMSI 3".

@@SpeedingOldDriver Agreed, the BUS is dead, you can see it on STEAM, what a pity but the development team do this all the time.

The animals were contaminated by radiation so they had to shoot the animals to avoid the animals going to uncontaminated area

You can try to set the "Steering Scale" in "Settings">"Steering wheel controls">"Advanced Settings" to "-0.5|0.5"

The train won't allow you to move again until the brake pipe has charged to a certain level (around 5 bars) after you have used the service brake and come to a full stop. So what I do is: before applying throttle, I wait for the brake pipe to charge to around 5 bars. I will then try applying a very small amount of throttle to test if the train gives any power or not. If not, I will quickly move the power lever back to zero. I will keep doing this until I see the train starts moving.

@@togurotoguro Considering them as a small game studio with a limited budget, I'd think they prefer to put more resources into making more new content, rather than paying licensing fees.
