The tutorial is great, every trick is well explained. I have only 3 remarks : 1 - Forest skip saves about 15 to 20 sec, so if you're not aiming for the WR or a PB, it's worth trying 12 times before you lose time compared to the intended route. 2 - You didn't explain technically how the lava boss 1 cycle works, and it's too fast to see it clearly. If I'm not mistaken, it's in order : reflect a fireball, damage the boss with the sword or spear, reflect 2 fireballs before he recovers. Dashing to the right, while being closer to the boss, gives me better results than dashing up-right, like you do, as far as I'm concerned. 3 - At 27:00, I find more consistent to hug the wall of the tile below the black plant, then dash upward twice to activate the light with the arc of the spear.

Isn't it faster to kill the light boss after fetching the last golden seed to return back to the entrance ? I get 20 sec by running back to the entrance, instead of 15 sec by killing the boss (in 3 sec thanks to the G.spear) and teleporting back to the "detroyer of the worlds"
