Thank goodness someone addressed this! Im on week one of Tirzepitide and only lost 5lbs so far. Shit 2 is tomorrow and I thought I’d get a good workout session in….jumped on scale and gained 3lbs 😤😭😓 FML
Bake your eggs in the oven! They peel so easy, I’ll never go back to boiling. 325 degrees for about 28 minutes. Put them in an ice bath when they’re done and you have perfect “hard boiled” eggs!
take the eggs out of the fridge and put in the pot and pour tap water over the eggs to cover. put the pot on the stove and bring to a rolling boil and turn off the stove.....you will have to watch and wait and dont walk away from the stove. after you turn off the stove and cover to pot then you can go get ready for whatever. when you are ready to eat the eggs will have cooled down enough. perfect eggs everytime and they gont have that dark on the yellow either.
I think more muscle gain in general, even in your legs, will cause the excess skin to be utilized and stretched more over the muscles in turn reducing the appearance of the bat wings. but this is just a theory, I’m also 24 and havent had kids

For hard boiled eggs, boil eggs on the stove for 12 minutes on medium or high. If you can’t peel the shell perfectly, no worries. There’s a trick you can do with a spoon to get the shell out smoothly.

More seasonings maybe, but instead of powdered onion and garlic, use the real thing!... Besides, there are ways to prep and freeze large batches in individual use sizes, and avoid the additional preservatives...so much healthier!
Seasonings won't add extra calories!!! Please try adding some dried herbs, pepper and garlic+onion powder. I promise it makes anything taste 10 times better!!. Plus theyre really cheap too and you can season your veggies with these to maximize their flavour profile. Also please please wash your frozen veggies before cooking them, these veggies sometimes have edible wax or a powdery coating to increase their shelf life. While not harmful consuming too much of those might have some adverse health effects on your body and lower your immune system and metabolism. And lastly i recommend making puff pastry from scratch and using whole wheat flour for added nutrition and lesser calories. Substituing saves extra calories for sauces, dips or a sweet treat while still retaining the same texture and flavour
adding collagen is just very expensive protein, your body digests it, it can’t be added to existing collagen in your body.

If you add no rice vinegar to the rice, it’s not sushi. It’s more like kimbap or just onigiri in a different shape than usual.
Honestly the only reason I have salad for lunch every day is one head of romaine lettuce makes 5-6 servings of salad. When I make salad I'm either committing to having it every day for the next week or I'm throwing out half of my ingredients.
-1¾ Ib (800 g) chicken breast, diced into small pieces -2 cups (280 g) frozen mixed vegetables -1 medium onion (finely diced) -1.5 cups (350 ml) protein milk or oat milk -⅓ cup (78 ml) bone broth -3 tbsp (30 g) cornstarch -2 tsp (12 g) chicken salt blend, USA: Try McCormick Poultry Seasoning -1 sheet of gf pie crust (thawed and cut into squares -1 egg (beaten) Instructions: -Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). -In a large bowl, whisk together milk, bone broth, cornstarch, and chicken salt until smooth. -Add chicken, veggies, and diced onion to containers. Mix well to combine. -Divide the milk mixture evenly among four 600 ml oven-safe containers. -Top each container with a square of puff pastry. -Cut a small slit in the top of each to allow steam to escape. -Brush the crustwith beaten egg -Place the containers on a baking sheet to catch any potential overflow. -Bake for 30 minutes until filling is bubbling
