Sean Pierce, DDS is seen here doing treatment some treatment planning for a same day dental implant. After extracting the bad tooth PRF (Platelet Rich Fibrin) which is extracted from the patients own blood, on the spot, is used to coat the dental implant to increase success rate and expedite the healing process. Because the Yomi places implants perfectly every time we have one less thing to worry about, therefore the PRF is an added bonus. It uses your own body's growth factor (similar to stem cells) to jump-start the healing process. Your body knows best how to repair itself - that's why we use it in almost all of our dental implant cases, especially full mouth cases; such as All-On-4 etc.

Apologies on the late reply! We've been quite busy and to answer your question we LOVE IT! The implants are placed exactly as planned in the software and with enough practice you can place implants much faster and accurately than typical guided implant surgery - you don't have to wait for the lab to deliver the guide nor do you have to wait for your 3D printer to print out a guide. Highly recommended.
