Kingsley should be in there, it has 5 schools, 3 sporting ovals, close proximity to the beach, freeway, 5 large shopping centres, a 2.5km exercise track which leads to a lake circuit path, the only remaining drive in movie theatre in Australia, 2 train stations, has good housing and in the top 4 safest suburbs for crime rate across the entire city of Perth. It also holds a decades long success in club amateur AFL and cricket competitions. A wonderful place to raise a family nearby industrial areas for finding work.

Family of 6? What percentage of the Brissy households is that? It’s less than 2%!
