Even after trying a second time, we are still unable to get that token, but we collect another one along the way before falling into the Underworld. Both the Kraken and The Underworld claimed many lives off-screen, but in one run where none were present, we were able to complete the second step of the Charity, and I had to do the exact same thing I did in the last two once.
