I always thought this was hilarious, I'm not LDS but my parents showed me a lot of Christopher Guest movies, which definitely inspired the humor in Sons of Provo. My favorite bit is the meeting in the garage, using the garage door light and having to keep turning it on again.

The apart is back in January, I got a new phone and never reinstalled Instagram (The only social media app I use outside youtuber) and I don't miss it one bit.

I feel like recognizing your insecurities and taking steps to improve yourself is more beneficial than to stop using social media entirely, but I do agree that we need to live more in the real world, and spend time on what really matters. Like taking care of your dog :)

This video is great! Keep at it dude! I've been looking into this idea for a bit. I used to have 4 monitors at my PC and have reduced it to 2. I've made my phone more unappealing to me by deleting most social media apps, making the wallpapers a solid color, and turning off all notifications that do not involve talking to a person directly. This has been a positive change so far and I think others should do the same.

The only socual media I use at all is and always has been youtube for me. Even then sometimes I feel like my mind is itching to watch more content when I know I should be doing other things. Sometimes I take a couples days off of it, but I end up not really feeling any better or worse, the positives come with equal and opposite downsides for me, my mind runs in circles thinking about useless crap, I pace alot, I get more tired easily. It does make it slightly easier to focus in whats important, but what I've come to realize is that I'm happiest if I can just have a healthy relationship with my entertainment, limiting it within reason, rather than completely removing it.

The Arcade version of Mappy got ported to Arcade Archives for the Switch and PS4/PS5 and the NES version of Mappy did got ported to Namco Museum Archives compilation for every recent consoles and Steam. Mappy's obscure sequel Hopping Mappy for the Arcade also got ported in Arcade Archives for the Switch and PS4/PS5 as well.
