I've something very similar to this, but I took it one step further. After doing what you did, I sprayed the glass with gold mirror spray paint, and it gave it a pretty cool looking antique effect.

So simple and easy. What an amazing result. Thank you I am going do my window exactly like yours. I have the same type of panels.

Should of threw on another coat of that mirror spray right after you flicked that vinegar water on to thicken up the rest, than after u let dry for a bit and soak up the vinegar water droplets with a rag you should taken that gold metallic spray u had and dusted over the back side so gold would show thru where the droplet marks would be. Might be kinda nifty. Might be uglier than Rosie O'Donnells asshole, who knows. Go crazy

I have a old window that I'm going to do this too. How many layers of the mirror effect should I do before I do the water and vinegar drops?

I tried this, but its not coming up when I blot it with a t-shirt.... I did let it fully dry though.... Did the spray still need to be slightly wet when i sprinkle on the vinegar/water solution? Or do I just need to leave the solution on longer?
