so the pch was working before the reflow, at least u got the 3 beeps. after the reflow is ALL DEAD.

Hello. I have one where liquid was spilled on the screen but motherboard looks ok. Backlights in the screen are broken. Could this have taken out lp8548b1sq 04? Or might it just be a resistor or something that has blown open? Is there a voltage output test point for lp8548b1sq 04? i guess the 52v goes via ic 3BARO1U Update. I have 52V on the bank of 4 largish smd capacitors but i only have 5.1V on the end of the display connector which i think is supposed to be the backlight voltage. I can't see any shorts on the driver ic. Is this the ic that is supposed to switch 52V to the display port? I tried to get a boardview for the 820-3536-A but i only have a mac and they seem to me in PC format. How ironic. I found the issue on the motherboard. I was looking at the wrong end of the display connector. Finally under the scope i saw the LED voltage pin was burned out, also some damage to the cable connector. I will try to solder a new connector to the motherboard.

hello. i have the same macbook and screen is not giving display but the macbook was getting on, i thought i would disconnect and reconnect cable of lcd so it might work, tho it didnt work but during reassembly i forgot to take out battery connector and i saw a little spark near the wifi connector and now it wont even turn on. kindly help. i can share you the picture where it sparked.

Hello there !! Dvj Deepak !! How are you doing!! It's me varun here..Hope you are doing well First all first You don't even able to recall what laptop mine is!! Let me get into you in points 1. You don't even talked to me in telephone ?how can you judge me that i have multiple versions?? Am I that dumb who travelled from Punjab to Hyderabad inorder lie to you so that you would believe me and repair the laptop!! Is that a lie to you ?? Get a life man !! I have clearly told you the guys that i have given the laptop to authorised service center and they have checked before me with opening and cleaning vents and they have stored it in box like container untill their technician comes (it's their policy to not to touch) But seems like Deepak himself creating a half line stories 2. If there is prior repair attempt ( there is not ) but if you believe then why you have proceed to diagnose the battery connector, you could have simply refused when you see it right !! Why you started to diagnose ( which is out of your policy) He himself and his staff has no idea what they are dealing .. Everyone has different words including like tripping their fine words .. They are the one who tells that they don't want to work with windows since they are obsessed with mac books but they are forced to do since Deepak wants to do . I'm not sure what was going between them I have requested the staff ( not Deepak) when they said they have obsessed with only Mac's inorder to accept my windows too And they said if they don't able to repair then no one can repair the laptop..Seems they are gods of laptop!! Being so transparent my ass !! This guy has denied me to talk one on one in call!! When the mess was happening and he is promoting his work experience with motto of "customer satisfaction" and this how you treat !! ** Ok if you believe that it was other mess why would you started to repair and if you diagnosed my laptop you are liable to tell me what is the cause of issue But instead of telling that you have come up with lame excuse that it was messed up another techies which is not and I need to pay for your diagnostic fees..I'm comfortable with fees even if it is 10k. I want you what diagnosis microscopic you have done on my laptop and what you have Observed . Are you gonna tell me that you have charged 2k so that you have opened my laptop with your valuable hands just to tell me that it was mess created by another and we can't take it ??? Seriously??Get a life ? Atleast be professional when you are dealing !! You don't even have time to talk to me and you are posting videos like a simp ? If you are true and you think you are right!! Just unblock me and drop your number we I'll get a talk but instead you have blocked me!! This incident tells who is the real scapegoat I was so disheartened by your behaviour and You know I was about to file a case in consumer forum on the very next day with all messanger chats, call records and WhatsApp chats I have!!
