Hello!! Your knowledge is impressive ❤I'm in SE MA and we've had a sizable pack of coywolves here since the mid 90's. They tend to hunt in packs, and a kill sounds horrific. Being newly single, most of my yard overgrew like the Amazon 😅 :( lately l have been losing my freerange birds (we have 2 resident hawk species) but last week, early morning I had one of these impressive beasts chasing them. He ran off but i was shocked at his coloring; gray with dark irregular stripe markings head and body. Following morning was the typical tan German shepherd markings. I'd love to get a picture of that first one. Do you think they could have domestic canine dna in their line? These guys are BIG (and thankfully skittish enough for my little self to chase off!).

Red glow and low glow terms are interchangeable. You can see no glow with your cellphone camera by looking directly at the LEDs. Some people do not like the noglow cameras thinking that there is less light. This is a function of the sensitivity of the camera chip, CMOS chips are cheaper and are getting better. The Standard used to be the CCD chips which had different sensitivity. White light cameras are mostly used as wildlife camera traps. It is amazing how the white light does not spook some animals. You can see this with your motion-detecting lights around your home. The cameras have come a long way in the last few years. You can get a $50 camera that is just as good as the ones that sold for $600 a few years ago. Find an honest reviewer. Nearly all get free cameras for a good review. The latest fad seems to be trigger speed. Most are bunk thinking turning on the LEDs is the goal. The processor buffer determines when a recording starts. Often video recording starts 10 x later than photos. The advertised trigger speed is for photos. Megapixel is something to take with a grain of salt. Some will tell you in the instructions that anything over 1080p may be an interpolation of the pixels.

I run an EOTECH 512 and another older model that I can't remember the model number 🙄... "it's not as long and takes 2 little batteries"😁 they both have NV settings and if I play at night, I run a Gen 3 PVS-14 most of the time. If I have someone with me spotting I give them the PVS-14 with 5x magnifier and an IR lazer pointer...

Great piece, dude, helped a lot. We have three visiting Coyote's every night around four or five a.m. Consistently. The other night went out, saw them congregating under a first floor tenants' apt. It felt like they were eating, i.e. possibly being fed by a first floor tenant (apt building). When I emerged from front door very early, they scattered in diff directions (much to my relief). The moment I was, say, 30 yards away they returned. One, the larger of the three, remained in the middle of an empty street (which runs in front of bldg.). Watched me until I was 100, then 200 yards away - noticed him in street light middle of the street (where he could observe me best). The smaller two returned to what I thought/think was dinner scraps. (partially hidden by brush in front) It was literally scary to see the larger adult monitoring me, and I feared the three of them coming after me. (knowing this wouldn't by typical Coyote behavior, i.e. attacks in our area very rare. However house pets disappearing nightly between Coyote's and Mountain Lion's. We're in prime location, tons of home owners/nice houses. That mother Coyote (?) watching me was un nerving. I had no weapon, didn't realize they were probably being fed by clueless tenant in front (thinking they're being well meaning). We're on their schedule/route nightly/early a.m. - love to watch them from my third floor balcony - really like and admire them. I'm also aware a bite from a Coyote lethal, i.e. something like 3000 lbs of pressure from powerful jaws - so believe me I don't want any up front and personals! Thanks again it made me curious about their vision, thus searching You Tube, coming up with your great channel. Liked/subscribed.
