@@supriyakaniganti1158 I think canada does not accept OET. But research about it. As to my knowledge oet is not acceptable in Canada.

@@diljind6683 it’s difficult to get a job in Brampton as there is only 1 hospital in there I would suggest apply in HHS and Mississauga, oakville and trillium health they are big organisations and keep hiring continuously Apply for every role and grab whatever you can get. Don’t stay too fixated on specialty, it’s easy to move around in specialities once you are in the system

@@diljind6683 no you don’t have to have any experience you can just apply and do good in your interview or you can apply for new grad program if you haven’t graduated for more than 6 months

@@Sangdup21 no you don’t have to do it before NCLEX but you will have your eventually do it to take license as wherever you apply meaning in whichever’s Canadian province, you will be asked for language proficiency.

I studied for months and couldn't pass, i guess passing is a blessing.
Nclex might seem so tough to pass but studying very hard is a very vital skill to win trust me
Everyone has their own way, Melissa worked for me and studying didn't.

@@mr.adarsh4132 so you can work as many hours as you want There are 2 kind of shifts 12 hours and 8 hours it depends on you department which shifts they do. And you can pick as many extra hours as you wish But if you get hired full time you have fixed 140-160 hours per month and you can pick more overtime hours if you want 👍🏻

@@tenzinbhuti1699 self study worked the best for me. I didn’t take any help from coaching centres and never looked into it so it is unjust for me to suggest any place as I don’t know how it would be. Do your research if you want to get into a coaching and choose the one that suits you the best.

@@Milestogobeforeisleeep nhi graduations de pehle nhi karw sakte. Apki degree evaluation hoti h or jab tak degree ya provisional degree nhi milti evaluation kiski karenge right? To graduation k baad hi karwa sakte h NNAS.
@@ThatcanadianRN why does it even takes so long just to evaluate the syllabus of a course, run it in a program and it takes 1 minute
@@Milestogobeforeisleeep no it’s not that simple. Being a nurse is considered a very big job here and nurses work with the vulnerable population so the government and agencies are very strict with the rule for regulated professions. They check everything thoroughly just to make sure that the applicant is a genuine one and doesn’t possess a fake degree or a degree from a college where the curriculum was not good and they haven’t been taught properly.

@@makwanajimeshkumar yes GNM can most definitely give NCLEX but as I have told you before NCLEX you have to get NNAS done and in evaluation they tell you if you can give for RPN or RN

@@user-kw3ko8ef2l reading and understand the concept works much better then just memorising as you tend to forget if you memorise but if you understand the concept it stays with you for a long time and help you understand the reasoning with case studies

(This was my experience while writing my NCLEX here at canada)

How much time does this whole process takes ?
@@Arshi0801 depends on what pathway you are taking. If you are doing NNAS it will take longer. But on an average if you are determined and getting every process done one by one or simultaneously, it will take somewhere 1 year or a few more months.
