I like the way the music is, I mean, I don't find it too upbeat, but rather a little softer with a kind of happy and exciting tone.

love how progressive this song is despite the fact most people wont hear more then the first few seconds lol. very good. also isaac's little boy truck tie is a very very cute touch.

I heavily enjoy that it it uses the death theme as its main melody both because Delirium is a representation of Isaac's last thoughts and the fact there's a good chance to abruptly transition from this fight to the game over screen

I just saw this video in my reccomended and just reading the title made me laugh out loud. For some reason it never struck me that the audio would work amazingly for an animation, and the animation did NOT disappoint!!
