It's really culture shock for me. I can't understand, how this game may interest now? In 1980-th or earlier it could be a hit but now....

I'm really, really enjoying the game so far, though I do have a few peeves First off, it seems adventurers don't restock the way independent kingdoms do? In effect, this means I've purged my current save of any adventurer interactions at all thinking they would refresh, which feels a little stinky Second, as a necromancer, the options seem a little limited. I can upgrade the amount of corpses I get per year and how many rot, both of which kind of end up essentially meaningless once your economy pumps a little bit because any amount of lands will generate so much money, you will outright buy many, many times more corpses in your throne room than the corpse collection upgrades will ever yield, not even counting the steady drip of every dead soldier in a successful battle. Kind of wish there was a bit more depth to necromancy, a more fleshed out tech tree, as well as some way to see what the battle rating of a raised corpse actually is. Third, from what I've gathered, once you have a billion gold and can make teratons, you can get the golden spire, which is neat but unless you cheese arena betting like crazy, I can't imagine you'll ever see a teraton, meaning by the time you can access whatever they're used for, you've already exhausted every meaningful decision you'll ever make that save. Not sure how to address that, but perhaps it opens up a whole new section of the game for all I know, and this isn't the issue I see it as.

Congrats, man. I just got the game 10 days ago, been having fun with it. By the way after 1 year the bandit fought me and I saw a noti said that my kingdom wall or something had been downgraded from heavy defensive to defensive or something like that (I couldn't find anything related on last year report) and I can't find any where to fix that wall. Any suggestion where should I look for it? 😁 And may I suggest someway to bind number to different button, really appreciate it since my keyboard doesn't have the numpad 😂 Anyways thanks for the game, man

Warsim is my best indie experience since 2007 when I have discovered Dwarf Fortress. Btw you really look like your aler-ego in hidden pet arena event! We've virtually drank a lot beer during that. 😅

So happy to hear this Mr. Huw/Troy! I Love Warsim and I have nothing but respect for how you engage with the gaming community. Even though I haven't had a chance to play the game in a bit (can't believe it was 3 years ago I left a review on Steam...) I often read the dev news blogs! The crazy long lists of new features, the charities, and the incredibly nice Warsim community is just a great corner of Steam. Looking forward to receiving my collectors edition copy, and I think it will be a good time to kick off my next playthrough! :)
