Are you not a bit deep? The last time I pulled that much clay onto the top i got such a bollocking. I know it's harder to get it set up shallow and fill the front furrow but it beats all the arguments about why the seeds are yellow and not a nice green as they should!

The first revolutionised mouldboard was a rolled polished steel sawblade which was able to throw heavy soil off instead of sticking.
