Hi, I am an innovator, creator, designer, engineer in many fields, and very inspirational. Innovative, introducing new ideas; original and creative in thinking. Huge passion on every little thing I touch, pushing boundaries every day.
Areas of expertise; computer science, 3D modelling, everything mechanical, DESIGN, manufacturing, skilled fabrication/welding, everything electrical and also electronic engineering.
I've been designing and building UNIQUE things for as long as I can remember. It started when my dad exposed me to metalwork/electronics/engineering at a very young age, maybe 4 😆.
That set me on the path of building increasingly complex things and becoming an electronic/electrical/mechanical engineer as a profession, with a vast range of skills across many other fields. My goal is to show people things that can be engineered, fabricated, and created out of nothing. If I'm lucky, a few people may use my channel/videos to create similar projects. Innovation is life.

Pumps & Motors Selection & Complete Build - Vessel Up 3.2
Hi everyone,
Sorry yous had to read that!
Welcome back to my TH-cam channel. Ok, so a few days ago, I uploaded part 3.1 of this custom compressor beast project. If you haven’t seen the three previous parts yet, do get a look.
As discussed in the previous video, these videos will follow lightning fast from here in, as I had to split Part 3 into smaller sections. So, just to clarify, part 3.1 focused on the selection and mounting of motors, pumps, whilst finding the correct pulley sizing for optimum performance.
I also routed the main feed lines from the pumps after coolers to the vessels check valves, using industrial grade tube/fittings. Near the end of that video, I demonstrated the system in which the custom compressor build will be fed into.
In this part, I focus on attachment of all the accessories whilst sealing all the joints/threads, including the new feed pipes/fittings. I also run other important pneumatic drainpipes to get this system to work as it should.
When this is all complete, I focus on the electrical side of things. I start exactly where I left off in part 3.1. A final section of this part 3.3 will be created to get this beast up and running.
This video will also come lightning fast, just like this one, as all the recording is complete days ago. In part 4, things get even more interesting with two custom tensioners specially designed to tighten the SPZ belts with ease. Then, I have the final piece to the jigsaw to complete, which will be the custom fancy stainless steel guards to conceal the pulleys.
If you want to see this project evolve, please subscribe and hit the post notifications bell to see all the latest from my channel. Also, if you have enjoyed this video, please give it the thumbs up.
Other interesting projects will follow very soon, such as my one-of-a-kind Green Beast E-bike, my unique mechanical iris/aperture, and my unique smart glove. Watch this space. it's only beginning to get more exciting.
Thank you, and goodbye
Jeffrey

Pumps & Motors Selection Assembly/Complete Build - Vessel Up 3.1 Hi Everyone, Welcome back to my TH-cam channel. Ok, so weeks back I uploaded parts 1 and 2 of this compressor beast project. If you haven’t seen the two parts yet, get a look. Part 1 was focused on tumbling the vessel, where part 2 was focused on complete vessel cleaning and protection. In this part, I focus on component selection...

Hi Everyone, Welcome back to my TH-cam channel. Around seven weeks ago I uploaded the start of this new project. Due to issues discussed in the video, I had to make this video twice, which was not easy. I nearly had to undo the work, which is near impossible to create the video again. This video is a follow on from the tumbling process, where it demonstrates the results of the entire process us...

Hi Everyone, This is not my usual video, and I can honestly say it’s the hardest one I’ve ever made. On the 22nd of this month, I lost my beloved pet Asimo who was approaching 14 years old. He started to slow up over the last year. He passed peacefully (so chilled) in front of the fire, where I never left his sight for days. I got Asimo when he was 8 weeks old, a young Siberian Husky. He played...

Hi Everyone, Welcome back to my TH-cam channel and to the start of another new project. Around 10 years ago, I done this compressor up, mechanically, but I also enhanced the look and the quality of the entire unit by powder coating all its components. At the same time, I made a simple mechanical device to tumble the vessel with an abrasive media that I had made up then, to clean the inside face...

Hi Everyone, Welcome back to my TH-cam channel and to the start of another new project. The main area of this project/build will be designing and building a state-of-the-art lithium battery for the 29” Boardman 8.8Mtr mountain bike. The battery packs you buy mostly contain cheap cells and poor design quality. Not only this, but I also wanted to make the most of the little capacity, to place the...

Great video! I got som delay too on my remote. Replace remote on warranty maybe not worth it? Is there any aftermarket remote witr better mount instead of that toy strap? 😂
@pjewk Hi there, I believe the receiver is at fault. I purchased the Magicshine 12000 and never used the 8000 on my bike. Magicshine ignored me even with the evidence I put forward. They are useless, to be honest. Mmm I never thought on that, maybe 3D print a bracket? 🤔

For the little individual who has no clue commenting under this video. The motors are 5.5hp and not 3hp. The pumps are FINI 25CFM 2 stage pumps, not 12CFM as your terrible comment stated. Thanks for your useless lack of knowledge. Open your eyes and ears in the future or maybe go to a library? Criticising my work over your own envious behaviour.
Awh man, let them know it alls slide on, even with the facts and data sheets, they still spread false info. Envious behavioir that! Can't wait to see this run on single phase.
@@MarkBurton-tk8dyspewing on useless infomation in broken English about how he knows this and that with their valuable experience! He stated my pumps are only 12CFM and the motors 3HP. Doche. But he thinks I removed both single stage 15CFM pumps to replace them with those much larger 2 stage FINI pumps which are now only 12CFM. Awh, whatever tickles his winkle.

Do you have a link for the belt? I cant seem to find it anywhere . Thanks
Hi there, I will look this out for you.
Part number, GC00081. Type this number in Google. That is a genuine belt. I hope this helps.
I'm finding it hard to believe that the hub motor is 15,000w my ebike is 15,000w for a fact. Not sure if they sold him a kit that's not what it should be.
Nobody is claiming the motor kit seen in this intro is 15kw. I stated its spec, and it certainly wasn't 15kw that you suggested. 'Him' knows exactly what a 15kw motor should look like. I think you skipped the whole ending?
'Him' lol, are you refering to the guy who put the time and effort into the video you replied to, who probably seen your comment first. Ask him, query him! Don't knock him to others! You clearly didn't read the description or listen to when he clearly states, he has now decided to move away from the 3kw orignal idea. Yours facts on your bike are nothing to do with his E-Bike project! I look forward to this brute of a battery pack, what ever motor he uses! Great explanation! I really hope you show this triangle design in detail for others.
@@MarkBurton-tk8dy It's sweet, I don't think he seen the ending because of lenghty intro. Anyways, the bike will have a modified 96v 150a controller with mod for display to work and a QS Hub motor with modified swinging arm.😊
Great camera work......great description.......fantastically helpful. Thank you.
Hi there, Thank you, I try :-) and no problem. I'm glad I can help. Regards, Jeffrey

Hi, thank you 😮 This has been the fastest growing video on my channel for some strange reason. The others are limited, which I will never understand as they are much more diverse/complex and different. I will keep them coming, but hopefully, quicker 😊 Clearly, a lot of jealous haters, doing things others don't see here, which is good. Only makes me stronger, even though I've learnt to look over them. I stand taller than them!
Mine does the same How did you fix it
Hi, I didn't. They ignored me from the start to the beginning. The light was lost on its way back to the supplier. A good thing to have happened, because it was rubbish. I will attach my outcome to this message from another video. Regards, Jeffrey
@none1705 Hi there, Sorry you had to go through this ordeal with this dreadful company, as did myself. I purchased the 12000 monteer after the torture with these lights, risking it, because of the high brightness I required. I'm dreading the day something happens to all the lights I have. I have never used it yet or the 8000 monteer that was sort of working (time I recorded this) because I am in the process of building an E-Bike. I will forward this video to them with all these comments again. A video I put together on these faults below. th-cam.com/video/rEHhkyNZ_Jo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=dWVxTP_FSZ0lNrZL They're very badly behaved for a company that sells to the public. They ignored me multiple times after claiming they would send me remotes, which wouldn't have solved the problem. The light units are at fault, as I always expected. I hope you get something sorted. I suspect the 12000 will fail like the 8000 out of the box. Shocking considering these lights are meant to be the leading brand as spoken of by me in my latest video. I didn't mention all these troubles. Regards, Jeffrey
See my comments in somebodys review for extra info. th-cam.com/video/Hx9yyO67H7I/w-d-xo.htmlsi=G5ZJyNQ8ZTVZN5Ib
I’ve worked through them line towers in Northern Ireland when I was younger 250kv dual phase.
From carrickfergus. There’s three lines from there I believe. Another power station facing larne across the water. Ireland is beautiful even though you get four seasons of rain. Just different types.
Hi there, Yes it's definitely a beautiful country, I live 10 miles from Coolkearagh power station and two 110kv lines pass down through the valley towards me, and on up towards Omagh/Dungannon, the other side of Lough Neagh 🙂
Incredibly talented, your projects are always unique and way beyond. Keep up the great work!! I look forward to part 3. PS don't worry about haters, there raging they don't have a touch of what you have😅
Are you going to be selling these? I'd be interested in building a turbo j swapped prelude
I never planned to sell these, but to show my design for others to follow if they desired. Jeffrey
I have the Monteer 8000s v2 for about 3 years and everything works flawless.
The factory has clarified the faults in the video/they have now redesigned parts. I have one that's okay, but one total failure, which is on its way back to them.
That's MagicNoShine. Sadly, they can't do anything properly. The problem has nothing to do with AliExpress. I bought all of my light from retailers in Europe. The problem is the bike light company itself. I've had other lights, namely the infamous MJ-908, countless of those. And every single one broke within months. They got replaced, broke. Over and over again. They just stopped working in the middle of rides out of nothing although the battery was fully charged. You may imagine how dangerous this is. I almost got killed because of that. Never rely on a MagicNoShine itself, always make sure you're using a second light at the same time. Just to be safe you never end up in complete darkness. I have the same issue with the M-Remote. I can turn on the light, but that's it. Then it stops working. Your video makes me assume that not the remote is the problem, but the light itself. Also, be aware that the cables may be of minor quality and if you use the lamp often, it may break. The problem is that you can not exchange the cable that goes into the light. So if that cable breaks, your light is doomed. MagicNoShine is a dangerous company. Their lights are so badly built, you never can be sure they're working. I wanted to give them another chance with the Monteer 8000S V2.0 but as it appears, their Quality Control is still useless.
Hi, the faults are intermittentnt and believe it or not, the fault is in both lights. The only difference is one remote stops communicating after turned of for a period. The remote will work if you hit the momentary button on the light when it's on, but that's kind of stupid. It then stops working again after a few seconds sadly. Yes dangerous considering it's for a 3kw 72v 50ah ebike. The second light has delays using the remote when the light is cold, until it is used for a few minutes.
Thanks for replying. Yes, I noticed that the behaviour varies. That's why I deleted my other comment. It's just that I got my remote only yesterday. And only a few hour laters one of the latches was broken due to the useless Velcro-mounting. 🙄It appears that it's really hard to do it right, even if you're in business for a while already. That's supposed to be sarcastic. 😉Be safe when riding your "monster".@@JeffreyMaster
@@CGWS2011Lol I noticed you mentioned using original remote. Sadly this is not the case. There just horribly designed units. When you turned the battery holder anti-clockwise to release the battery tab holder, did one of the three tabs not break off like my five did? This is terrible and madness they sell this to the market, and ignore their customers at that!
Looks good, but could you make a crisis heater that is a little more easy to make? A small zibro laser heater clone or something. So we can put it in our living room. 😊 Thanks Rick.

Secondarily, seems like every younger person I see is ears deep in drug or video gaming and its very reassuring to see mechanical talent. Big up from Canada!
Hi John, Thank you for your kind comment. Sadly, here in my country, I'm disliked by family members and by weird public members because of my knowledge and skills on everything I present here on my channel. The more technical I get, the more hate I get. It's reassuring to see there are genuinely nice people on the other side of the World willing to give praise. If you need any help on the clutch or the gearbox, just give me a we message I will do my best. Also, look at past info I give to others on initial clutch adjustments. The hexagon level reajustent is a great starter point. Thank you again, Jeffrey.
Unreal.
Cheers Ian 😀
Hi Jeffrey, This is amazing, I seen your channel through facebook a while back through that J32A2 manifold! It is dope!! This is however crazy skills/talent! So you are planning to build it soon? Will you be sure to cover this on your channel? Best wishes, Glen
Hi Glen, Yea I will do a follow up on any progress small or big. I just have a few things to clear up this year first. Thanks for your interest, I hope you enjoyed. Regards, Jeffrey
Excellent video. I had written my mower off, had the same gearbox and clutch.Tried to get new box or parts but told by everyone that it is obsolete and 'no parts available'. I will now go back to it, and do the same clutch modification. This video gives me hope. Thanks a million.
Hi there, It's no problem, if you need any further advice, I'm happy to help. There is another way you can try to resolve the clutch before stripping your gearbox if it's the same issue. Lift the clutch arm/lever of the hexagon spline and turn it further away from the bracket holding the cable. You will need to adjust (remove tension here to allow for the major adjustment) the bracket that holds this cable to make this work. You can reveal the hexagon spine by removing the plate that holds the lever arm tight to the gearbox. As far as am aware, it was a M6 bolt. It will feel much tighter to squeeze the drive hand lever, but it will put more pressure on the clutch basket, getting these friction brass parts of the clutch to engage properly. Don't worry about too much tension on the cable, a spring is on the cable to compensate for this. To make this clear, you want to turn the lever arm one notch clockwise then re-install the lever hold plate. I hope this helps you and others. Kind regards, Jeffrey
@@JeffreyMaster Yes, I had previously thought about that, and wondered if it would be an option. One more trick up my sleeve.
Great tutorial can you do a video for adjusting the hexagon spline please. Thanks Roger
Excellent.
Thank you Lad 😀
That's what I call fixing something Great job !!
Hi there, Thank you for your kind comment. Much appreciated 😀. Jeffrey
thanks a lot 👍👍👍
No problem 😀, let me know if need any further help on resolving this issue.
Dude you're amazing, thanks for making this. There are only a couple videos that show the disassembly/reassembly of this transmission and you're the only guy with the stones to do it while sitting on the ground. However, I'm confused now because I wanted to replace the grease but you replaced it with gear oil. Is this a recommended replacement for the grease? It makes sense to use gear oil but I'm concerned it might leak out easier than grease. Also if you can find caster pin covers and your cable is still good, you can get the caster locks working again. I had a bent pin but I was able to bend it straight and clean it up. I don't know where these pin covers are going but half the JS63Cs are missing the covers.
Hi Sir, Thank you for your comment. I used gear oil because it makes more sense. A automotive high speed gearbox uses oil. Therefore I believe a heavy gear oil is suffienct for this slow speed/low load gearbox. I've had no leaks yet, just do what I done. I bought a complete swivel castor housing of eBay are and just used the cover of it. I now have cable ties around both with the screw to stop them vanishing again. Please see my Facebook page to see modifications with the recent electric start 😀. Thank you for subscribing. I believe the gear oil will be much better around the clutch. Thank you, Jeffrey
@@JeffreyMaster Thanks for your rapid reply. I'm going with gear oil. 😎
I’m in the process of doing this job, what gear box oil did you add, shop told me some oil affects the soft metal components. Great step by step, will save my gearbox
😮 This is a serious high level of skill. So you even designed and built your own transformer!! Easily the best homemade spot welder by a long margin on this platform!! The clamp and the enclosure are designed to perfection. Very talented, you got a subscriber! SM
Hi there SM. Thank you for your kind words 😀. Please see all my other projects on my channel. Thanks Jeffrey
Great video have u got a wiring diagram for the control box and compressor please, thanks
Hi, Thank you. No I don't. Can I help you with something? Jeffrey
@jeffrey henderson thanks for the reply. I was asked to wire one of these up, but the job got cancelled. I just wanted to ensure there weren't any required control circuits. Thanks
@@richardnewton5159 Sorry I only seen your message, the only controlled circuit is a delayed timer that controls the second contactor for the second motor on the right. It's better the start up ( in rush) current is split and started a few seconds apart. Thanks Jeffrey
@@richardnewton5159 HI Richard, As you showed an interest in this year's ago, please see the same compressor now on my channel. I customised it, turning it into a bigger beast 😅. Thank you, Jeffrey
That's one of the nicest pieces of work I've ever seen. Your craftmanship is on another level. Your obviously very talented. I'm surprised you don't have a bigger following. Keep up the good work. GB
Wow, thank you 🙂! Please see my other projects (pneumatic spot welder). There will be many more unique and much more sophisticated pieces that will follow soon. Regards Jeffrey
😮
Some job.
cool wardrobe 👍 maybe your next video should be building shelves in elises room 😊😊
lol very soon Elise 🙂🙂
Jeff, I have a scudo Mk2, van this be converted to a 3.0 petrol or just the Mk1
Hi, I am unsure what you mean?
Jeffrey you are brilliant thats amazing 👏 do you do this for other people I would absolutely love this 🥰
Hi Patricia, Sadly no, this was my first. 🤔. Thank you Jeffrey
