It’s on a postage stamp sized lot and probably has an HOA. Put it on an acre with no HOA and you could double the price easy.

Cool design! But Location, location, location,,, Laundry room small could have used a better lot for a luxury home Wires hanging out the ceiling on the patio for media Cheap cameras. No central vacuum No sprinkler system (patio grass all ripped up) To many light switches and remotes on wall I do like the garage floor and the glass window to the house And the layout of the house

All I can say is wow. This house stands out in this neighbourhood. Would not want to walk on those floors. Beautiful.

Is it a statement that you must be arrogant to buy this property? Run the showers and the bath with the toilets flushing, show the lawn irrigating, show the washing machine filling.

That property is just off Veterans Pkwy, a major road with a lot of traffic. The lot is standard sized and offers no access to the river (so forget boating...). No way that house is worth 1.15m!

Beautiful back yard but I wouldn’t want it. With the bugs etc here in sw Florida to leave the entertainment area and pool open to wildlife and big mosquitoes etc
