I would bet my Colorado mortgage they have not. I lived a mile from those Villages back in 1993 and worked in the Villages. After a good rain, the fake stucco applied to the chip board walls, would fall off in sheets two feet wide. Watch how fast they are built, and you will know they are little better than a house trailer. I got out of that state after 2 &1/2 years. Juvenile crime, fire ants, cockroaches, low paying jobs, poor, overcrowded schools.

You're smarter than the average bear! I use to live near the villages and worked there. Florida is Georgia with extra palm trees. Got out in two and a half years and never returned.
